Finally someone spoke about the culture our educational institutes have, i also don't prefer generalizing all the faculty, but its v important to speak up which is what you've done. If we keep up the authoritarian cultures in our institutes, then consequences of that seen after the students graduate are very bad, bcz that graduate is nowhere close to competing in the international market, and one day all of them will speak out.
