Yes he had Corkey, Cam, and Sam who play with him but they aren’t actually apart of the TX2 name. 2.) You said that TX2 doesn’t write his own songs, that isn’t true Evan writes the words and all of the drum beats, that’s it. Now Cam actually writes picks a beat in the guitar and then Evan writes lyrics from there, he doesn’t pick what the background beats or music sounds like other than the drums and the words, so yeah he does hire people to write things like backup words and to correct and make his writing better. 3.) Evan misgendered Lake, Yes he did. And he’s apologized for that and send a DM to their instagram account apologizing himself, but he never got a response, and people didn’t believe him but in his TikTok live he showed us the message, I actually think I have it screen recorded because I reccord all the lives. 4.) Evan “Rage bates” yea he does that but if you actually think about it it’s very smart, because it gets Gatekeepers mad and then they watch the video therefor Evan gets more views. People like u just pick and chose the information you wanna share because u never showed his livestreams where he apologized to lake, or where he explained all his tactics. 4.) As a scene kid, I never really liked his music.

One thing I remember from one of his songs ‘loaded guns’, how from a lot of his other songs he stands for queer rights and equal rights for everyone yet constantly harasses people in those songs and one line literally implies SA within the song ‘loaded guns’. He’s a horrible stereotype, narcissist and hypocrite.

Before I saw this video, I loved his music. I should have seen the red flags. He told someone to kill themselves, *constantly* sexualized goth women, dismissed accusations, gave a paper-thin excuse for stealing music (it wasn't shown in the video but he addressed stealing from Get Scared and just said 'there's only so many music combos' (paraphrased)), was rather manipulative, essentially harrassed someone through his music, has what seems the be a very young fanbase for the content of his songs, misgendered someone, wrote a song about murder, and has done some rather weird stuff in public for views. I even saw some of these things, but I was in denial. I initially dismissed the accusations against him because they seemed like baseless hate, and I just really wanted to like him. Thanks to this video, I see the issues. I'll now be removing all his songs from my playlist. I can't separate the art from the artist. This is sad for me, but I guess I'll live. PLEASE READ let me break it to you, TX2 is actually good. i know i dont listen to emo stuff but i think TX2 are tryna fit in with the subculture and everything. if you listen to their stuff, it _is_ actually good BUT its just the way they promote their stuff. i listened to some of their stuff before and yes its actually decent. although im not a huge fan, evan in my opinion is actually kinda funny. but i was one of those people who was a fake bully to them on tiktok so that i could get appreciation, but really im not that kind of person. ive been a metalhead for more than 2 years - i listen to stuff like metallica, megadeth, pantera, mr bungle, slipknot, marilyn manson, insane clown posse, kmfdm, avenged sevenfold, stone sour, etc. so i dont really listen to emo music. i honestly listen to all types of music aside from black metal, death metal or emo, but i do support and appreciate all kinds of metal. i just dont listen to some genres cuz in my opinion its not really my thing. i also do listen to mindless self indulgence and i _do_ appreciate jimmy urine regardless of his allegations. to be honest, i dont really care what the artists do, i just get like interested in those accusations/allegations but i carry on listening to the music like so. as long as the music is good for my ears. so anyways, TX2 is still like a new band, so of course theyre gonna be hated on social media, but the thing is, social media is just so retarded like they normally are. you can get bullied for almost everything because of apps like tiktok, instagram, twitter etc. TX2 is just one of those bands that are emo and metalcore but they try their best to stand out in the crowds. i mean, loads of people appreciate them, thats why they have concerts. but when they promote it, the main focus is evan thomas, and i honestly think hes a really nice guy, i mean i know he is. i think its JUST social media who love to bully and harass on the internet, i mean, a lot of people (not 75%, just A LOT) are just so sensitive and also dont like changes. not saying anything about neurodivergent people, cuz that is different. as someone who was once a victim of social media and being chronically online, i HAVE learned a valuable lesson and i now know that its wrong to bully someone on the internet unless theyre being way too sensitive, unreasonably rude and/or annoying. evan thomas isnt annoying, he just loves to be in the spotlight now and he loves sharing the songs he wrote and recorded and uploaded onto spotify, to other people. and in fact, some people would actually relate to him. like, i honestly relate to a lot of the artists i listen to. oh and make sure to love and appreciate yourself the way you are, and also be yourself and stay away from the people who put you down for being your own individual self :D
