@@bionicdragon5 The point is that all mainstream media is fake news because it's all bought and paid for to serve whatever political agenda the corporation that owns it has. You can find videos of literally hundreds of "news" stations all around the country using the exact same script for the exact same stories. They're fed scripts by the corporations that own them and don't report the OBJECTIVE news, they only report things in a way that serves their corporation's political agenda.

Most mainstream media outlets, contrary to popular belief, don't just make things up out of thin air. They either omit, or manipulate already existing information which IS true.

I know an American who set his internet fiction story in Japan and researched the precise times of major trains at key stations around the city. Before Google. It actually has some interesting concepts that don't come across in this video and weren't really utilized/realized well in the final game. I'd imagine the voice acting is better in the Japanese version, but I'm not spending the time to try to find out.

You know how when they first ran, the game lagged like crazy? The same thing happens to the audio but constantly. That's why the voice actors constantly sound like they are sedated, it's slowed down.

When they rammed into Ann I literally lost my shit laughing that was the most useless suspense I’ve ever seen in a video game. I’m so glad they played this - it’s art in a way. Arin and Dan are such a good comedy team and every video they do is a blessing honestly. Especially when they play a game like this and react to it.

I think the problem came from the tutorial actually giving them an on screen button prompt, as that kind of implies that you'll always get one in that situation, which is probably why they assumed they couldn't do anything. I was kind of confused about it myself, although I would've tried hitting triangle anyways, just to be on the safe side.

After watching Jerma985 play this, I knew we were in for something special. Also, it sounds like the in-engine dialogue was recorded at a normal talking speed but slowed down in post for some reason.

When I emulated this game years ago, everyone was talking like that as well. As it turns out I was able to change some settings on the emulator itself to make the dialogue come out at what I assume was real-time.

At a glance the Grumps seemed to be everything I dislike about the Gamer Era: adults behaving like immature children, laughing and swearing instead of meaningful dialogue, giving actual kids the impression that they never need to grow up and contribute to society. This video proved those assumptions wrong. There are brains behind the banter. The commentary chipped away my presumptions. I had to go on to Part 2, and was sad that we never got a Part 3. It's amazing what laughter can do.

They always do this, it just more annoying this time because they not only talk about it at the start of the episode they titled the damn video to point it out. I'm dipping out on this because at half volume they already load enough to be heard across the house and I still cant hear the parts they aren't talking over.

@@jtf5223 That's what confuses me. I spent a day setting up my sound system to balance all my game devices. When I play a game, video, or anything on television that has poor balance, it's extremely obvious. I had no issues during this video. And I know a LOT of people have poorly set up audio because most audio devices come set up poorly.
