Its more likely than not it would have still been super shit given all the terrible reviews but I wish you had used the same top rated toothpaste for all 3 toothbrushes including the weird looking mouthguard looking contraption. It would be better to keep one stable control factor while testing variables (in this case testing toothbrushes) that way it’s a level playing field with more accurate results.

Yeah they are used to reveal dental plaque, but I think the people normally spit the excess which makes it look not as concentrated/stained (basically so that only the stained plaque can be seen I guess). He does not spit the excess stuff and that prolly causes it to look dark and concentrated. I am not an expert or anything; just taking a random guess..

After chewing disclosing tablets you’re supposed to spit the excess out or lightly rinse with water to expose the plaque biofilm. It’s not supposed to be concentrated like that. All we’re seeing is the chewed up tablet on the fronts of the teeth.
