I am super passionate about watches and love that they provide an avenue of expression that resonates within me. It's important to always pursue the things in life that make you most happy. I believe that when you find a watch that captures you, no matter what anyone may say about it, you will continue to enjoy it and wonder where in the world they went wrong. This is the opposite side of that coin. I found a watch that I am completely "put off" by; but if you love it, then my opinion should not matter at all. If my words do bother you, then maybe you ignored some warning flags and this video will mark the beginning of the end for you and your beloved SUBMARINER.

The watch I have on in the video, Hamilton Khaki Aviation, it's more of my jam. I like the smaller case, the syringe style hands...the date between 4 & 5 is a little weird and I haven't met anyone that's a fan of the 19mm lug width. Not the perfect watch by any stretch of the imagination but i'll be thoroughly enjoying it for as long as it's in my collection.

Levi Foster I used to collect watches until I bought the submariner ceramic , I ended up selling everything and keeping the sub , it’s honestly that good

Hopefully one day i'll be blessed enough to be in a position (financially) to purchase one... maybe it's a "you won't "get it" until you "get" it type of thing for me." I definitely appreciate the love people have for the watch, just don't share it at this point in my journey. My opinions on various watches have shifted very much since getting into the hobby a year and a half ago. Who knows what i'll be into in a year or so.

Levi Foster I respect that , it is definitely a journey and everyone is different at the end of the day I suppose. When I started out I wouldn’t of dreamt of spending that kind of money on a watch but you get hooked. I hope you do get a chance to try one on one day and maybe purchase for yourself. Stay blessed 👍🏻
