Kinda funny how the game straight up just gives you one of the best dps's in the game at the start, that being Cecia. You need a pretty good reason to remove her as she will very likely just stay there permanently.

The Reason is she gets kinda slow late game and a few units get better than her but until then she can pretty much flex any type of content.
