But dont be fooled, I have a few spots where it digs in too. Thats because I laid the guide wire wrong though. Make a video and post it, Id love to check it out. hey ian, thanks for your quesions. that canopy was not included, thats somethin i got on the side and put together. im not sure how to answer your second question. for the front lawn youd have to install the boundary wire and technically it will work there just as well if it can get there on its own (i.e. nothin is blocking its way). otherwise youd have to physically pick it up and set it down on the front lawn and let it do its thing. the boundary wire is ke though. i hope it answers your question. feel free to ask more should you have any. It will work. Install boundary wire connected to existing back wire. Make sure the wires running to the front are close together especially if going around a gate or fence. This will give you a secondary area. You will have to pick up mower and place in the front. I did exactly this and I can mow back and front areas. Works perfectly.

Hi Athos, thank you for your message, there is no need to apologize. so far the robot works for about 70 - 80 minutes (in my yard) before it automatically goes back to the charging station. it returns to the base station on its own when there is about 9% battery charge still left. the battery charging time is about 90 minutes. after that you can either restart it manually or set up the mowing plan so it aitomatically resumes work after the charging is done (i.e. "mow from 17 - 23 hrs"). hey yardi, thank you for your comment. yes, i know, the video sucks, i made a mistake and you cant see it. however, it seriously does cut the lawn, it takes about 40 - 50 minutes for the size of my lawn to look like its freshly mowed. Hi Emil, thank you for your comment. Thats like the nicest one I received...ever :-D. I cant really say what I would give it because objrctively, I dont have anything to compare it to. To me though its between a 7 -8. The Pros are: the lawn is nice and thick, its relatively easy to maintain and I run it every day for 3 - 4hours. The cons: it can sometimes dig in when it gets into tight spots which annoys me. Good luck with yours. Let me know how it works out for you. C.

@@ChristianThePilot Thats great to hear! Ive never had a robot before but works seems quite easy, good quality and also cheaper then most hightech brands. My coworkers always talks about Husqvarna and Gardena.. So darm expensive 😩 Thanks for all the info, now I Have to get one like yours 👌😅 Nice talk!

It’s designed to go out every day, rather than one cut of the grass, hence it takes a few days to cut the grass. If you leave it automated it’ll stop the grass growing and constantly trim it I’ve the course of each week.

oh no ceres, im sorry to hear that. i burried the boundary wire in my lawn, so far no problems except that sometimes the mower gets stuck because i burried the wire too close to obstacles. that annoys me the most about the whole machine so far. stay healthy, thanks for watching. cTp

hey mark, oh it cuts everything. it takes the top off nice and clean and keeps it short. the lawn looks nice and short. i like it so far. well see if it gets thicker too. :-)

@@ChristianThePilot He's right, in the video the cutting looks aweful. Did you lower the knifes after recording this?

you know bill, overall i am. i get frustrated with it sometimes cause there are 2 spots in my garden where is always gets stuck but thats not really its fault. overall i am convinced that it saved me hours of mowing (which i love doing) and it made the lawn nice and thick (i dont think idbe able to get it that way by using a push mower 3 times a week). id still recommend it. 🙂 Chris

thanks you for your comment here too. yeah i could have gotten the mcculloch or a gardena but i didnt. they all have advantages and disadvantages. so far im not regrettig that i got this one at all- its been running more or less non stop and i haven spent any time keepin it workin. but maybe you are right and in time that might be different. as far as getting ripped off - i dont think so, not any more that husqvarna would. :-D

@@ChristianThePilot I have owned different robotic lawn mowers for many years and I read a lot about them too. I would definitely say that Husqvarna (and their brands) are in a leauge of their own. However, I have read about some people that are very happy with their Worx mowers, but I have also read a lot more about people that aren't that happy. Mainly, they seem to leave marks in the lawn (when they follow the cable), get stuck and also requiring service once a year (broken circuit boards seems to be common). The service is almost non-existent, but that could be local for my country, I guess. I'm sure they do cut about as good as any other mower (including Husqvarna) and a lot better than what is shown in this video, but since they cost about the same as McCulloch and Gardena I see no point in getting anything else. At the end of the day, the most important thing is how little maintenance it requires and as of now, nothing beats Husqvarna. I hope you'll enjoy your mower for many years, but when you do replace it, you're welcome to our leauge ;-) Btw, I have a Gardena myself.

Nah. . . . .Worx auto mower is a good mower at a very competitive price. The features are comparable to others with perhaps a minor exception or two.. Not a deal breaker by any means. Shared battery with other Worx tools. A big plus. Use a 20V 5.0 battery and run to 3hrs on a single charge. Have not experienced any service issues so far. All mower have a downside, Husqvarna included. But, head to head with Husqvarna, Worx is very competitive. Husqvarna has better name recognition perhaps but quality IMO does not seem to be superior to the Worx.

@@carltonanderson5139 There are mainly two things that count when it comes to robotic lawn mowers: price and how much you need to look after it. Pricewise Worx is about the same as a McCulloch (which is a cheap Husqvarna), so no advantage there. Worx will require you to look after it more since it always follows the border wire and will leave marks in the lawn. This will at some point make it get stuck a lot easier. I see absolutely no point in sharing the battery of the robotic lawn mower with other tools. Why would I ever want to share the mower battery with something else? It's a nice feature if it mows 3 hours on a single charge, but it doesn't really change anything in the bigger picture. Your 3 hour mow sessions will leave more marks in the lawn than my 1.5 hour mow sessions. Your 3 hour mow sessions will require more maintenance than my 1.5 hour mow sessions. At the end of the day, everything that matters is if the lawn gets cut and how much you had to do yourself. If the mower goes to the charging station half the times of another mower doesn't matter. This is typical of Worx owners, they point out things that their Worx can do that doesn't matter. I'm just trying to make your life a bit simpler.

@@user10476 i like the discussion. i can already tell - if you wanna start a bar fight, talk about robotic lawn mowers. im trying to be objective - so far i am not having issues with the worx one. its doing a great job, i have to look for reasons not to like it. i dont have any maintenance issues with it exept for changing the razors. that doesnt mean that it wont happen in the future. i appreciate users10476 passion about husquarna, id compare it to harley owners. so far the fact thats it follows the boundary wire is in my view an advantage - i didnt have to install the additional wire in the middle of the lawn. plus i like the modular upgrade options, though they are expensive. have a great day guys whereever you might live. greetings from germany.
