I have been using the 56V version from around ten years ago!! The batteries are not lasting for more 20 minutes. The replacement batteries are 300.00 for the pair. Your mower is 400.00. The 56V use to last for at least 45 minutes. I am thinking of getting two new batteries.

because the price of batteries, i might just buy a whole new mower when mine get that bad but so far they are holding up pretty good

Is this self-propelled or strictly push? I have a couple of hills and really appreciate the self-propelled on my gas model.

mine is not self propelled but there is a version that is, my area is pretty flat

sorry i don't have much leaves where i use mine but as long as they are fairly dry i would say it shouldn't be a problem

On Amazon it says that it can cut up to half an acre. I’m guessing that’s unrealistic?

well I use the bagger so that bogs it down some once it gets full and that adds weight so technically it probably could in perfect conditions using side discharge

You likely don't need to buy a new blade, just sharpen your current one. Mine's over 12 years old and still going strong, just gets a sharpening every year or 2.

i just remembered i had the new blade in my garage and switched it out last week, made a huge difference. So i'll sharpen my old blade to try to get some more life out of it.
