I feel tiger 2 is a better brawler due to raw armor and dpm, while is 3 is a breakthru tank, that is in secondary front line and due to high dmg gun, troll armor, and fast mobility, it can pierce thru at given opportunities, all in all, i have em both and i adore the engineering pieces. Maybe emil vs m3 yoh vs amx 50 100 or something next time? Thxx

Side hug em and use your turret armour not front, you also have superior mobility

Yes! Exactly! It can punish careless HTS with it's 400 alpha! Peek and hide. Also is3 and is5 are good at supporting mediums, since their armor can hold against few of them, also 400 alpha!! No one can out trade you except a chimera!

Realistically, shouldn't they be louder? As you are in the tank?, And the engine is muffled as you are in it?

The inside of tanks are very loud, so voices would not be heard well, but radios existed in 1945. So this makes no sense even realistically

The IS-3 has advantage if it charges against the Tiger 2, because Tiger 2 doesen't have enough depression to hit the hull, so there are few weak spots that are kinda hard yo hit im the turret, and the IS-3 has enough depression to just barely hit the Tiger 2 hull, which can be penetrated at that distance, both tanks are great tbh

Nahh it depends on the driver. Also i used to bully is3 with tiger2 cuz most players don't like using gold shells cuz it is expensive

I never do face hug using is3, usually go for side hug, making tiger II struggle to shoot and penetrate my side armor

Anyways I think go near is probably the best way in a 1v1 with is3 Besides if you fight an Emil 1 but that tank is just stronger it hard to fight an Emil 1 (If the Emil is not a Bot)

The dpm is not even close to be insane and its amor is only good if u shoot gold, but I can even pen tiger 2 frontally without loading gold in my lttb(cupola)

@@alexanderalbrekxt4772 cupola is not frontal armor its a tank part , you can shoot this thing from any direction (front, behind and side) and the best thing about it, it is weak. And if do a comparison of German and Soviet, german tank still have a higher penetration and DPM (Damage Per Minute) more than Sovjet tonk.

Thing I hate about IS3 is it's horrible pen for a tier 8 heavy unless you get the most costly IX gun. It needs s huge buff in that area and maybe make the upper glacis plate stronger

Historically speaking, the IS-3 was developed to counter the German Big Cats like that Tiger I and Tiger II with its big gun, heavy armor, and decent mobility. So I'm not surprised the IS-3's dominated in all of the matches.

Tiger II was better before the heavy tank HP buffs, it had the most hitpoints on par with T34 and KV-4 and the best DPM among these three.

That's why is3 needs some buff on armour, is literally butter to tiger ii, and doesn't have enough to contrarrest the lack of gun depression and penetration

Anyone with 220 pen or below will struggle to pen Tiger II fronts, but overall IS 3 is very nice.

Tiger ll on blitz is like the 252u defender on wot pc, mostly need to be a good noob to pen even just the lower plate

@@fariq739 Yeah, but the cupola is penetrable even with 175 pen, even though it's small af. I think it has a better lower plate than e75 but a worse upper plate.

I thought Tiger II is the strongest, but this video shows that IS3 can outmatch a Tiger II. You just have to outsmart the Tiger against its strong armor.
