Did the 1 life mission first, then proceeded to do the 15 minute mission. Took 1 respawn to complete the 15 minute mission.
You can get the 2nd artillery early if you do the middle AA gun exploit.

Yup I completed the 1 life mission first, then I completed the 15 minute mission. So it was 2 separate games to complete each of the missions.
