This song hurts in a way I can't explain...but if you are reading this, for the love of everything good, I care! I may not see you but i know the pain you feel! You are worthy, you are more then good enough! Reach out and I swear I'll grab your hand! Even if I can't pull you out...I can at the very least stand by your side so you aren't alone...

@@Bia_OkamotoS2 I've been in pain for longer then I can even remember...I suffer from both bipolar disorder and depression and it makes it so damn hard to feel alright, but even as I suffer I refuse to stand by and let others suffer, I want to be the light for them I never could see

@@lostangel1119 I understand how you feel... it's really sweet of you to try to help others even though you're suffering so Much... I can relate to you about that, I also try to help even when I feel pain, but please, you will see the light and hope again! Just as you want to be the light to others, I'll try to give some light to you... Please remember you are loved..you deserve to be okay.. I know it's really complicated, but you can go through this, you're not alone, I care about you, please, stay safe.. if you feel like you need, you can come back to this comment, I'll do my best to try to support you.. I really hope you get better!

@@Bia_OkamotoS2 still fighting this uphill battle, I tried to seek help, I only managed to get committed, given pills and a routine, I was discharged about 11 days ago and honestly, I think it only did more harm then good

@@lostangel1119 oh no.. maybe those pills still take some time to work or maybe they weren't the most indicated ones...but still, pills can really help if they're the right ones, but don't forget therapy can also be a really good method..please don't give up, I know it might take time and be difficult, but you can do it! I wish you the best and I send you all my love and support ❤️

You..yes you, reading this. I know you've been through a lot, I know things can be pretty though, but still, there's always hope for a better day!... I know you might feel miserable..but please, don't listen to those voices in your head telling you you're not good enough or that's time to give up... those are only lies!!! You are enough, you're not a waste of time, you're not bothering, you are strong, you are amazing, you are loved, and you deserve to feel loved and happy! You deserve to eat, to drink, to be healthy, have you been eating well lately? I know it's hard, I know how it feels, but please, don't feel guilty for eating, you deserve it..you deserve everything good in the world... I wish I could hug you right now and tell you everything's going to okay, but hey, everything's going to be okay! I know it won't be easy and I know it might take time, but believe me, it'll be worthy. Please, don't be ashamed of asking for help, that's not a sign of weakness, but instead a very brave attitude!! I know you can do it, and if you already did, I'm so proud of you. I know that maybe it won't work at first for some reason, but don't give up trying to find the best alternative for you! Therapy, psychology, psychiatry.. anything, your loved ones, what matters is that you feel safe and get better. And believe, you will get better

Sometimes even when you know you're surrounded by people that love you, you cant help feel like they only love you out of pity cause you're so pathetic ive been struggling alot lately with that very thing cause all my life ive always been hated and bullied, accepting love is hard i wanna accept it that way i can keep being here for the people i love.

I just wanna remind you why you should live my dear online family 1. The anime your watching is having another season🥺🙃 2. The anime you waited a LONG TIME for in coming out soom or is airing right now🤗😣 3. You still have more food to try 😍 4. The people telling you crap will not be hugely affected so live and proove you are stronger than them😠😤 5. You haven't been to Japan yet😌

I know it comes with windows, but I dont know if it is on mac. I just use the windows photos that also has a video maker. It's for making slide shows I think, but you can put videos on it and then add your own music to the background. Sorry that I'm not much help. I just own. Windows computer. I've never owned a mac.

Thank you! Unfortunately happiness is not really a choice for those who feel lost and depressed.. it's a hard fight, but everyone, all of you, I know you can't win it and be happy!!! I believe in all of you!!! You are enough, you matter and you deserve to be loved and healthy, even if you don't think so. I might not know you but I love you and care about you! So please, don't give up, one step at a time z I know you can do it! Please don't do that.... please don't hurt yourself, you've been through enough pain, you deserve to heal. Heal from all your wounds, inside and outside... I know you might not believe it, but you are enough...you are loved.. I might not know you but I love you and care about you... you're not a waste of time, you're not a looser, you're not a weak... you're a soldier who went through such a hard ward, and even though you're going to win it..day by day..one step at a time... I promise it can get better, it always can.. please, don't do anything bad to you.. don't hurt you... I don't want anything bad happening to you and I want you to be safe. You deserve to be loved and happy, I know that it's difficult helping from a distance...but at least...in any way I can... I want to help you..and remember you that you're not alone, you're going to survive, you're going to be better.. I'll support you and pray for you...please...you are the only you in the world! You are special and amazing, even when your mind tells you other things. Have you been eating well? I hope you have... I know how hard it is, but please, don't feel guilty, please, you deserve food, water,you deserve to be healthy and comfortable, and modt important, you deserve to be alive and breath..and deserve love. @@Bia_OkamotoS2 thank you for your support. I wouldn't say I'm healthy, I seem to black out more oftenly, it is very hard to eat, but I drink plenty of water. I'm so glad that you love me, I love you to🤗❤️. I hope that your safe, you are so wonderful. I will use this as a motivation to keep going daily

About your food and blackouts, I really hope you manage to eat better with Time, I know it's not easy but you can do it! Don't put much pressure on you, just go as you can!
