You can start the sentence with yesterday. But you should use comma after it. Yesterday, I went to the shop.

Will is for definite future Would is for imaginary / probable future. 1) polite request 2) probably saying i.e if you ask me, I would say. 3) again a probable statement

Mamm, doubt 1. She had been speaking with him, when she worked 2. She would speak with him , when she worked Both are happened continuesly in past, That makes me messed up between this two conditions...

1) the sentence focuses on continuous action for a particular peruod of time 2) here it implies it happened regularly in the past. You can also use "used to"

You should use "would". It is a imaginary situation. (நீ சென்னையில் வாழ்ந்தால்) so only "would" should be used.
