1) I would rather watch grammar videos on KZfaq than go to the coaching centres... 2) I see the English related videos every day on KZfaq.. Rather I am going to learn English... 3) I prefer watching English videos on KZfaq rather than going to the coaching centres.. OR Rather than going to the coaching centres I prefer watching videos on KZfaq.... Very useful.. THANK YOU SIR..... What my suggestion is Why don't you upload ready made sentences once in a week or twice or once in a month.....( Basic, intermediate and advance level)

Your usage of "rather" is correct. "I don't want to play chess" is a blunt refusal. But when you use "rather" it is polite and casual.
