"If + Sub + would have + noun" Sir, In two clauses, one if clause and other result clause in which contains modal. could we use modal in if clause?

@Mohsinmufasa Khan As far as I know, we can't use modal in the 'if clause part', we can only use modal in 'result' part. But in the example on video, it says 'If I would have a car.' 'If' and 'modal' are in the same clause. Is it correct?
