Sitting watching this video is an easy way to hold your breath for 60 seconds. Doing it while moving all of those muscles is another beast

I’m reasonably new to freediving so this is definitely a goal. I could hold my breath during the video but I’d probably have to turn around in that cave.

Holding your breath while manoeuvring through the water is extra hard. Not just mentally but physically, moving around makes ur body want more air.

Nope, nope, nope! Took me three full breathes to make it through. That was laying in my bed, without water pressure around me and moving my body. I love videos like this because I can enjoy nature while breathing comfortably.

there are breathing exercises that help you hold your breath longer. just randomly holding your breath you won’t last long. look into the “wimhof method” y’all

I WOULD NOT FREE DIVE IT..... WITH A TANK HOLDING 2ND STAGE IN FRONT OF ME ANY TIME. I ASSUME THERE IS INFOFROM OTHER DIVERS THAT THIS IS A TINY CAVE SO NO NEED FOR A REEL SAFETY LINE AND OF COURSE IS THIS CAVE DIVABLE ANY TIME OR JUST TIDE IN, TIDE OUT OR PERFECT SLACK TIDE......THIS IS RECOMMENDED FOR YOUR LONGEVITY....ALOHA

Its way easier for us watching the video because most of us are stationary on chairs or beds, you guy are swimming but also the compression from the water is litterally making your lungs smaller so you have less oxygen to work with. Good stuff

I did it, barely, but I'm sitting on the toilet not having to kick my feet or deal with pressure so idk if I could do it without a few practice runs. Looks so beautiful. In key largo there was a spot similar without the hole and big fish would sit under the rock, i mean like 400lb grouper. Scary

Yeah Idv drowned. If I even got down that far... a little too big to get thru that tiny cave. So woudv got stuck, panic and drowned . Ten or more years ago yes... But not now sadly
