Pretty sure this is a fake bike. Wout has spoken very negatively about stacked handlebars for pro riders and commonly known to ride a 56, not a 54. Since he recently spoke against stacks .. I suspect he didn’t use them last year, right? Plus - he didn’t use yellow bar tape in any stage in 2023. He left before Paris and wasn’t in yellow (he was in 2022 - but it wasn’t this themed bike).
