You're using to much sand then , you can get ready-made post mix add 💧water to you can look up a video about making your own xx

@@andreahartley3864 I’m using Portland type1/2 and I’m mixing just as it says 1 part cement 2 parts sand. So I don’t know. But thank you.

Can you get yours where there’s no grit at all ? And how hard does it get?
