Seeing a lot of casuals in the comments commenting how Canelo is too heavy and it's going to backfire on him, the same casuals don't take into consideration that Canelo isn't walking at the weight he weighs in at and they fail to realize he just isn't cutting as much (if any) for this fight so he is walking around in his natural weight. This is why it's important to not only have trained in the sport you so foolishly comment on, but to have competed, and multiple times because if you did, you would know these things.

This guy is not packing power. Where was this devastating power in GGG fights? Where was this power during the Jacobs fight? His punches didn't have much devastating effects on GGG or Jacobs. Canelos success has been due to his high boxing IQ and his ability to counter. A heavier canelo will definitely negate that attribute. Fighting a dangerous fighter who is well versed in boxing and who actually belongs in that weight class is going to be extremely dangerous for canelo.
