I'm 68 years, and I have the Radiohead CD with this song. "...I want to have control...I want a perfect body, I want a perfect soul. I want you to notice when I'm not around..." my favorite lyrics as boy, aargh, that's me. After a brutal marriage (of 10yrs), I was able to ground myself, and I was fine. My heart was in love with a man 8yrs younger than myself. My head said "No! No!!". My heart won, and we've been together for over 30yrs. This song came out just about the time we finally got together, and I love the place it takes me to when I hear it 🙃

He didn’t make this version only copied it. The actual version like this has been out over a decade and done better overall by Daniela Andrade. Though in this one his high notes are beautiful he just needs work on the soft notes. Soft notes take a lot more talent to hold while sounding good.

No one will ever top Brian's performance. He starts it off so vulnerable. So tender and longing and then when he takes off he shows you exactly how deep that wound is in his soul. Nobody. I mean nobody will ever do this song better. Ever. It's too bad he doesn't get more recognition and popularity from it. I have always been a big fan.

That is how every performance on these shows should be. Crowd allowing the voice to be heard without constant screaming, cheering and whistling. Often, too many times you don't hear enough of an actual voice, so this actually makes me appreciate the song and performance more.

Brian, you are an absolutely, amazing singer. You make me feel your pain and you always tell a story! I love your voice and I love your platform! Bullying is such a horrible thing!!! My nephew was bullied by the same mean kid for 7 years. The school wouldn't do anything in regards of our complaints, repeatedly!!! But today he is 23 and the kindest, most caring and loving young man I have ever known . I guess it made him who he is today! And you too!! Well he copied someone else’s rendition. So he did a good job of singing that. Check Daniela Andrade she actually created this rendition.

There's that few moments of silence when he finishes, that's the sign of a great performance, and then the audience just explodes!! And he does it all with just his voice. No costumes, no fancy dance moves, no pyrotechnics, no pretty background, just his voice and his emotion. Unbelievable.😅

Its edited. Its a very obvious cut in the audio than anyone could hear. This isnt even actually live its pre recorded and released when they decide to. It could be lip syncing for all we know

To think that the audience is completely silent, you can hear a pin drop throughout his whole entire performance. He has them in the palm of his hands and he's he's certainly telling a story making the audience feel. Then at the end it takes 6 seconds before the audience starts to applaud. Brian, you are amazing! This rendition is the best I've ever heard from anybody else. Some have tried your version but you are the ultimate. Good luck in your future. You deserve everything. Brian

I’ve easily watched this performance at least 20 times. What a powerful performance the control starting off soft & then uppercuts you with a power shot of his range! Best rendition of this song 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
