He told me he filed for divorce after about a month of no contact. He timed it perfectly so that the papers would be ready for me to review on my birthday yesterday. He also sent me a picture of his new car and invited me over because he had purchased all the ingredients to cook my favorite meal-from scratch- and insisted that I accept his invitation for dinner. I was hesitant, obviously..but went ahead and said yes. By the time I had finished getting dressed and ready for him to pick me up, I received a pic of the awesome meal he had prepared. That was the last I heard for the rest of the afternoon. He ignored every text and call and hasn’t bothered to explain. I wish I was kidding, but that was 100 percent my reality. 37yrs Best Friends. 28yrs married. I got Life Threatening Sick. He fell into denial, had to make surgical decisions that he holds guilt over (he blames himself for me loosing my Rt Kidney). 3wks after that he served me w/ Divorce Papers. 9 months later he decided on Legal Separation. Did not show any Healing support, had Multiple Affairs at his job (got caught by our 25yr old son - who works w/ him) since "Legal Separation" he has not spoken or been in any of our 3 children's lives or 3 Grandchildrens lives. He refused counseling, refused help & refuses accountability for the devastation he has caused. I forgive him for his flaws. Harder to forgive his actions towards our children & Grandchildren. Currently in Renal Failure of my surviving kidney. I've made my peace. I Put forth my healing. Tyvm for your reading. ❤ 🌟 🙏

nah i don't want her back. i appreciate all the good memories and lessons and seeing the wounding i needed to still heal. doesn't matter if it's out of intention or ignorance. adults do not get to eternally plead ignorance, and it's a shame that the people in her life allow her to do so in the name of "love." that isn't love. it's enabling. thank you for this spot on reading. i wish her the best.

My ex cheated 2 yrs ago and moved in with her within a month, taking our savings and left me with nothing for a damage deposit, rent, moving. After 18 yrs. We have a divorce meeting with the lawyer next week - get this - they already had a full on Wedding/Committment Ceremony in Vegas - dress and maid of honor, best man. The whole bit. All they have to do is sign the marriage licence when we’re divorced. But he’s not being forthcoming with financials etc because he’s in no rush now. Narcissistic Leo 😡

He was married. He lied about being married. I am not available for any kind of relationship with a married or committed man. That's just not who I am. However, he couldn't ever commit to me. We were staying together and moving the relationship to the next level when he literally RAN AND SABOTAGED THE NEAR 4 year relationship abruptly I did not see this coming 😢so I stood my ground spoke my truth and put up boundaries and told him to stay away from me and my family and it has been 17 months now and he blocked me soon after 🤨

Yes every human brief connection was transactional to him. No genuine longstanding friends unless they are ypunger and put him up on a pedestal as he goes through his midlife steroid crisis. He burns every bridge , just like everybody in his family does. He was raised to be selfish with his money, time, and energy. The most insecure person I have ever met. The problem is you can't fix someone like that unless they get heavy duty counseling with a real doctor. His goes back to his abusive childhood. He has no idea what being loyal means. Not just 2 faced, but 100 faced. I wasted thirteen years.

He's considered a covert narcissist. A Avoidant. We did break up AND we are still married. He brought her to my son's wedding. How tacky. 😅. She growled at me. 😂. I don't talk to him because he likes to think woman will chase him. I guess that's why she growled at me hahahahahaha. He lies about allot. He sure did stand me in the back. A old woman sent a text claiming " weren't you leaving her when your son graduated". The other commitment was not there at first. He tried to keep us together but my heart was totally broken. I told him to go into therapy. It's been 7 or 8 years. I don't know and don't care. I really want a divorce but he won't. He'll waste time and money in a court room. I didn't block him. He blocked me, that's what avoidants do. His anxiety is bullshit because he's still married. He's playing with her. He'll drive her crazy. Sure he had trauma. Split is personality.

Mmmm....just at the beginning. Already sounds like the behind the scenes of my living situation with him. I suspected he was playing both side of the fence behind my back. Playing economic problems why he could not meet financial responsibilies ie: rent, geoceries + bills. He was at his exes house all the time his excuse was visiting w/ his teen son 🙄🙄🙄liar. I was verybally clear what I wanted ...told him he needed to get his own place and figure out his life. He ghosted our living situation oin September. Then complete NO CONTACT by ghosting on May 3rd. He is very destructive. He doesn't care about anybody but his himself and his needs and wants
