I love the house thinking of cold weather and the number of windows doesn't offer much protection from the cold without adding special windows at a costly rate. Would reduce the number of windows in the dining area the door will let enough cold in. AGREE less porch vs added living space and a fireplace on the porch for winter

Great floor plan. I would build on to the back behind the stove, a four season room with a sectional looking out to the back yard with sliders that go to the back porch. Just an extra small room to go to if more than one person live together.

I love the look. It is very new looking. It might be worth the price. I'm not up on the price of these. I would like to know what the gas mileage is on this vehicle. It looked very modern to me.

Almost perfect. I’d put sink where stove is and add a window over the sink. Those windows and porches are what make the plan Blue Ribbon Prize . Wish sg ft and dimensions were in the video.

Love the porch…. for people who love to be outside! Love all the windows … wouldn’t like to clean those small pane panes 😢… how about clear glass windows? Sliding doors ❤…. better as cupboard doors as well… twke up less space. Not a fan of high cupboards on the kitchen… just two for glasses and coffee mugs and drawers in the kitchen please… it saves your back when you get older. Loose standing bath instead of build in bath. Sliding glass door instead of 3 x windows in the dining room…. perfect.

I love the porches and all the windows for light. The kitchen has good counter space, but the living area is tight, and the TV over the fireplace is bad for viewers and bad for the TV.

Entry way closet, kitchen and washing room area. I agree tub should be a shower stall but that’s personal preference. Use of stone, wood and tile is perfect! Could be adapted easily!👍🏻👍🏻

Too many windows in dining room area and downstairs bedroom. No wall space for portraits or bookcases or corner cupboard or hutch in the dining area. Love the upstairs….and the fact that there is lots of storage everywhere!

Where’s the LAUNDRY AREA? Behind the closed closet doors upstairs? If so, there’s no storage in this home.

@@sharynchan4730 kitchen was nominal at best, didn’t see a dishwasher either. Thanks for sharing. I think many of these videos are all about decor, which I enjoy too but I am seriously looking at the homes themselves. Will be building in ‘24 or ‘25.
