Hotel Casiana House Rules: 1. Standard Check-in time is at 03:00 PM. Standard Check-out time is at 12:00 NN. 2. Registered guests and his/her companions must present a Valid ID and Vaccination card upon check-in. Guests exceeding the allowable number of persons for a given room shall be subject to our Extra Person Policy. Extra person charge is Php 1,200.00. Extra Bed charge is Php 1,500.00. 3. The Hotel issues a maximum of two (2) key cards per room. Lost or damaged cards will be fined Php 300.00. 4. For your safety and convenience, all rooms are equipped with a Safety Deposit Box. 5. The “Make Up Room” Service is provided free of charge upon the guest’s request. You will be requested to leave the room for the disinfection process, and we highly recommend for you to return to your room after two (2) hours after completion of the service. 6. Hanging of clothes and towels on the balcony to dry is strictly prohibited. 7. All bathrooms are provided with a sanitary bag and waste bins for proper disposal of your tampons/sanitary napkins, condoms, and toilet papers. If you need assistance, you may dial the Housekeeping Service through the phones provided inside your room. 8. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. 9. Visitors and non-registered guests are no longer allowed to stay and/or enter a guest’s hotel room starting at 10:00 PM. If a visitor opts to remain after 10:00 PM, with consent from the registered guest, the Hotel’s Extra Person Policy shall apply. 10. Pets are strictly not allowed within the Hotel premises.
