This is such a wonderful large home! Is this the triple wide mobile home of the year?! Hey friends, this is Chance with Chance's mobile home world and we have a very special modular home video tour video for you. Be sure to subscribe and like this video if you enjoy please!
This triple wide has quartz countertops, 9 ft. ceilings, and so many other features they can't all be listed here!! The manufacturer for this house is Deer Valley Homebuilders. The model for this home is the "Edington." This home has 4 bedrooms(can be a 5 bedroom) and 3 bathrooms and has roughly 2,966 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! "Prayer room"? Wow.... so many people are just....brainwashed.... mentally ill with religion. One can pray ANYWHERE and at any time; you don't need a special room to do it in....and here I thought those grand old mansions that had their own chapels contained within their walls was a thing of the past.

Love this one, that kitchen is to die for, would still move the sink off the island and put it under the window right in the middle of the back wall. I like my islands completely clear for cooking, baking and plating up when the meal is ready. Its a stunning house, probably my favourite, that master suite is amazing, in fact the master closet is probably bigger than my bedroom now. Ok Chance you've convinced me, ship this one to the UK, SOLD.

The house is perfect. It only has one flaw . All of the beautiful windows in the kitchen and they put the sink in the island. Crazy, must have been designed by a man that doesn’t cook.😄

I agree, I would prefer to have the sink under a window. As well as a gas range instead of an electric tric stovetop. Another thing is the master closet could have been even half the size, bathroom arranged differently, and adding more room to the master bedroom. The house I am renting now, the master bedroom is 30x30 with a 15x30 master bath. House is too huge all together, but I instantly fell in love with how huge the master bedroom was. When i moved back to my hometown, this was the only house available. It is 4300 sq ft sitting on 100 acres. After living here for 5 years, the landlord has sold the land and house to his daughter, resulting in me now looking for another place to rent come the end of the year. In a small town of 1800 people, there isn't many houses to rent, especially right now. Sorry to get off the subject of this beautiful house in this video. This is beautiful, and the first I have seen that does have the kitchen I prefer. Having a sink in the island just seems weird to me. Maybe I'm old fashioned? Or just my opinion. This allows for a better work triangle since this is such a big space but my preference is at the window too.

And the ultimate letdown of a miniscule pantry...the huge fridge the gorgeous range hood and then the triple whammy of the sink in the island, the microwave you have to kneel in front of to use, praying you can fish whatever hot thing you are taking out of it and get back up to counter height without wearing it or having to chase your toddler or dog away from constantly and then there's that dinky excuse of a pantry! Definitely designed by someone whos doesnt spend any time in the kitchen...the island should always be considered a prep area.

I always need a pantry. I have so many small appliances that I don't like sitting out, and I have lots of dishes (although not as many as when the kids were growing up). The sink would need to be moved to under that window, and I don't like to have to bend over to almost the floor for the microwave.

@@ladybee883 that microwave location was my first thought. No way would I like that setup and having to bend down to use a microwave. I rather have a microwave sitting on the counter not built in than to have that setup to use. Same on the sink. Much rather have it at the window than large sink in island. We have a small 2nd sink on the end of our island we use for mixed drinks & serves well at large family functions when cooking at stove, but again our island sink is very small and is a rather large island that seats 5 barstools.

Got to be another favorite, but I'm one of those who prefers the kitchen sink in front of a window. Plus, no room for freezer. But the size of this home is almost perfect!

Yes, that utility room would have to be much larger to accommodate our upright freezer and 2nd fridge. The "bonus" room would be incorporated into the utility room, and we would combine the other rooms for a TV room (for my husband)/guest room, and a sewing room/guest room.

I would only have a few changes to this model. The main one would be a walk-in pantry. The second would be deleting the tub in the master bath as we both dislike tubs. We have one in both of the baths now, but prefer only a shower.

LOVE the kitchen layout! All of that counter space would hold every small appliance known to man! Sad there is no pantry. I think you need to come up with a master closet dance too! Great home, great tour.

I love this triple wide! I love that all of the bedrooms are down hallways not right off of any the main living areas. The only thing I would change in this house is to put the kitchen sink under one of those big windows in the kitchen instead of in the island, other then that it's perfect!!! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Do I spy my purple “King” in the background???? I love that one! Let’s see what this new one is like!! This is the Eddington. You’ve done this one before. This and the King are my top two faves. You did this one on June 9, 2020 but inside decor and kitchen different. Only 3 things I would change for me taste:1-all base cabinets would be pot drawers where possible, 2-the common wall that the small room and main bedroom share, I’d put French doors to make that whole section my master suite with sitting room and 3- the common wall of the living room and first guest room I’d also put a French door and make that a den/guest room. Easier access and add great flow. I LOVE THIS HOUSE!

When I think you couldn't top previous tours, you knock the next one out of the park!!! The porch needs a pitcher of sweet tea!!! Gotta have a porch to sit on! Then you open the front door and I coughed on my coffee!! The size of the living room in just breath taking!!! EVERYTHING is PERFECT on this one!!!

Definitely a FAVORITE! Beautiful! The Living room. Kitchen. Layout. Windows. Closet. If I were to customize it - I'd put the kitchen sink under one of the sets of windows; put in a free-standing/vessel tub; and possibly change a couple of finishes to suit my taste. But, I'm wow'D once again.

I’ve loved this one since last time you toured it. Couple changes to make it perfect, move sink off island to under big window at the back, bigger pantry, wood burning fireplace and I think it’s a little weird that the guest bathroom is bigger than the one between the two kids bedrooms . Other than that it’s perfect. Pot filler would be nice.. room off living room would be our library/homeschool room. 4th bedroom would be my home office.

Killer home... from the exterior to the dream kitchen, master suite to die for, and love the way the hallways separate the bedrooms. The thing that caught my attention the most was the size of the living room, I mean really - 2 full size sectionals to make a U shape, incredible. Great content and video. Beautiful home. Generous sized kitchen. The master bedroom is spacious, and good to see a bench in that bathroom shower. The living room is gigantic. Love that electric fireplace and room above for a large screen TV.

Hey Chance, my heart sank when you said Deer Valley! The bits they do well are of the highest quality, flooring...nicest flooring I've seen; kitchen...to die for; spacious rooms etc. BUT, there is NO excuse for lack of natural light in bathrooms and master WC. For heaven's sake, put in sky lights!! Utility not well designed and not keen on living room hearth. Would have liked coat closet and foyer space by front door. A really good tour, thanks Chance, love and blessings to all 💐💐

I really like this house. I would change the two bedrooms into a 2nd master bedroom and bath. I already have two fridges and no deep freezer so that large frig looks appealing. No running to the garage or laundry room to get frozen food. 😀

The only thing I would change about the kitchen is the placement of the mircrowave. As far as the utility room, I would take out the cabinets and put an upright freezer there instead. The main bedroom closet would be my yarn room and that little front room would be my craft room.

Absolutely love this home!! Can see only 3 things I'd do differently ( person preference) 1) Put kitchen sink under side window...I like having a solid island, 2) instead of the wood on master bedroom wall, leave it plaster board, 3) master closet, put some cupboards and maybe a small island with drawers in there...it huge!!! Just basic cosmetic changes...just love this place

Agree! Id make that door going into the tv room a coat closet and put a door in the dining room to that room for a pantry. Leave the closet in the tv room for storage of smaller items. As a home canner can't never have enough space!

It's a shame that they couldn't have put the larger bathroom where it would serve 2 bedrooms instead of on the side of the house with just one bedroom to serve. Of course, if you used the bonus room as a bedroom it would make more sense, but that isn't necessarily their intention. So, you end up with the two larger bedrooms with a small bathroom, and then the smallest bedroom across from a massive bathroom. It's just sort of odd.

I would make the big bath smaller by adding a linen closet that opens into the first hallway. There would still be plenty of room for a full bath, but there would be closet space for extra linens, vacuum, cleaning supplies, etc.
