I wish I could find some way for me to get a nice home like the ones you had been showing. I have a house that someday I would love to sale. It is trash . To many steps I have a lot of health problems that prevents me from doing a lot of walking.the mobile homes you had shown on this channel I just love it.

I would love to have light colors in all the rooms. These kitchen cabinets are BEAUTIFUL!!!!! The pantry has dark shelves, though. The master bedroom closet is WONDERFUL!!!!!!! I would like brushed or satin nickel faucets throughout.

I like not seeing the kitchen and possible mess as soon as you walk in the door, but you can still see into the living area from the kitchen. Very nice.

Amber Tovar I completely agree! I watched one the other night where the guy was spending way too much time on things that didn’t matter and skipping over things like losers that do matter. Plus Chance does such a good job with the camera placement. The other video I saw, the guy would aim the camera too high or too low so you couldn’t see the placement of things. It’s so frustrating. I truly appreciate you Chance. I don’t think you know how good you are with that camera, the expertise you have in how you show everything, and how much fun it is to watch your videos! We love your sense of humor and your upbeat, positive attitude!

I absolutely love this home! I love all the storage space! I would love to have a free standing tub in my bath though! The master closet is exactly what I need, I have just that many clothes, shoes and purses!

THIS is a good example of modular getting closer to traditional homes. YOU do a great job! If there is an outside access in the utility room, it really is trying to be the "Mud Room" as the entrance for the family and mud and boots are removed including coats and outer wear. THREE things easily improved,,,undermount sink in the kitchen so you can wipe the countertops directly into the sink, uniform flooring throughout the home, greatly reduces the chopped up feeling of every room having different floors) and side mounted lighting in the bath rooms to to upgrade the use of the mirrors. Overhead mirror lighting creates shadows. Please pass those 3 things to the builder. Enjoy your work.

We removed the cabinetry by the back door and it was the perfect size for a large upright freezer.

The intrinsic value of this home far surpasses any permanently built home I have ever seen. Family gatherings can simply become a no- brainer. I am not going anywhere to visit I have this. I see myself cooking and entertaing Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner right here.

Freaking beautiful! I do love an open concept though. I would like to see another one this big with a different layout. Also, I love a house with a distinct foyer. I hate when you walk into the home and the entry is right into the living room.

WOW ! Hands down my favorite ever ! One nice Casa ! Everything I complain that other homes don't have this one does. The back door swings inwards , ceiling vents , offset kitchen . . . I just hate for the kitchen and living room to be in the SAME room ! I only wish I still needed a home that big . It is Sweet ! The master suite is phenomenal !

Okay so the positive first... LOVE the fact that whomever designed the kitchen took a chance! Who knew that the combo of wood/brick and Marble would all come together in a way that this obviously does, it’s really a beautiful kitchen. Do you happen to have the paint color on the cabinets handy? Now onto the negatives, I have the same complaint when it comes to our home and the way it was designed. As ours is very similar in the way that the cabinets and shelves are sooo tall and very deep! It’s hard for anyone (unless your 7’ tall with the arm length to match) to access things without a stool or pulling everything else out just to see what might have been lost wayyy back there. I would love to see more counter space instead, especially in the master bathroom. You don’t have much wall space to work with. These homes are so large I just wish I could make use of the oversized items that do take up what could be that extra wall space or counter

I must say, that while this is a nice home, it pretty much resembles most of the other homes that you have shown. I love ❤️ viewing various homes, and I must say, that this home hardly even comes close to being compared to any mansion indeed.

I'm amazed😍🤩 My dream home! Oh no, I'm not sharing the closet with my husband, no sir, my husband will say just your thoughts.😑😆 But for me, that's goals right there! All just for me😍 I will add a mudroom in the utility room instead of the extra cabinet that's in the side, sink and other storage is perfect. Also for extra luxury I will add a fireplace in the living room with built-in entertainment center for tv. And lastly microwave has to be anywhere else but on top of the stove I rather a stove hood, well I forgot the farm sink just my personal idea! But to be honest is a beautiful home as it is.

This house is really pretty but I’m just getting so tired of the Kitchen/Dining Room being in the front part of the house leaving no way to have a nice deck for grilling & get togethers, needs to be in the back w/ Sliding or French Doors. The Master Bath & Closet Combo are bigger than the Bedroom itself!!! Very nice home but not my favorite floor plan. Thanks for the video Chance; great job; always appreciate them. 👍🏻

This place is Noice..lol, love how the light filters in, sooo open, love the spaciousness of the kitchen, love open concept, not crowded, roomy. Love the counter space and color, cabinetry, yes Pantry Woo woo woo woo woo. So far me likey. What's up chance? UtilTy room, love the sink, just need more room for my chest freezer, lol. Loving the counters thru out they are Captivating. Words like (Vaulted ceilings, adjoining bath, shower enclosure, transient lighting) Behoove= in your best interest. It works behoove you to click the like button..lol. OhMyLanta look at that closet!!! (Squeal) Man what can't I store in here? Shoes and hats and clothes alone. Love the tile color, seated shower just add steam fixture. Loved It! Have A great one Chance!

Gina Brown you could have them take out the two over head cabinets and a bit of the counter top in the laundry room that is next to where the washer and dryer are (on the left hand side of the washer and dryer) and you would have plenty of room for a stand up freezer. I am a quilter and I would not only want my regular washer and dryer in my laundry room, but also a washer/dryer combo to wash my quilting fabric in before using it( I don’t want all those dyes from the fabric getting in the washer and dryer I use to wash my clothes in). So every time I look at a home that Chance shows us, I look in the laundry room to see how (if at all) I can work a combo washer/dryer into the laundry room along with my regular washer and dryer. @@BonnieLeah YOU ARE A QUILTER that alone is AWESOME in itself. I am flabbergasted and I wish I could, I want to do so much crafting and almost anything. but in our current living space that is not possible. That's why I cannot wait til we can have our own little Space of Happiness. It's long overdue. But I cannot wait. If they ever have a contest to win your own home, I will enter even in my sleep if I have to. Plus they have to throw in the CHANCE to meet CHANCE (See what I did there? LOL) You keep those Quilting hands safe and healthy Mary. Take Care from Indiana.

One thing the house is missing is more closets yes they have some big ones but there’s no back door closet or front hall closet and I didn’t see a linen closet it may look great but those would have to be updated
