1. MOMO FILLER ingredients:
Cabbage : 1/2 cabbage (500grams Approx)
Carrot - 1/2
Ginger - 2 inch
Oil - 2 Tbsp
Green chilli sauce - 1 Tsp
Schezwan sauce - 1/2 Tsp
Maggie masala - 1 Tsp
Ajinomoto - 2 pinch (Optional)
Salt - 1 Tsp
Dark Soya sauce - 1/2 Tbsp
Vinegar - 1 Tsp

2. Momo dough :
Plain flour / Maida - 1 & 3/4 cup (250 grams)
Salt - 1/2 Tsp
Water - 1/2 cup (add as per requirement)

You are doing very kind work by providing good recepies. A small request to you ,please try to find some supplement of carrot. onion, garlic,carrot, beetroot,mushroom all these are equally prohibited in our tradition.

First of all your channel is doing a great job by spreading information of innumerable satvik recipes but just one suggestion or feedback if at all you accept, appreciate or implement and i.e please keep the spices to the minimum or nominal because with so many substituents for the non onion garlic versions you are actually promoting Rajas guna in people which should also be prohibited Thank you and your efforts appreciated 🙏
