When Trixie told the story about leaving Chicago early and lying to Todrick, I think that was the hardest we've ever seen Katya laugh in an episode. I'm pretty much convinced that one day Trixie is going to say the ultimate funny thing and accidentally kill Katya.

@@beccad8223 I believe she said "it might even have been a comped ticket" which is short for "complimentary." Meaning that someone gave Trixie the ticket to the show for free. And she still left the show anyway.

as an anxious person who also does what katya described, i never found that cbt method useful. evaluate the true likelihood of my made-up scenario? i can fully admit and understand that what i'm worried about is so unlikely to actually occur. watch me be anxious about it regardless. i can ruminate and agonise over a completely fake scenario for hours.

wanted to follow up this comment by saying my antidepressants have finally kicked in and while i still have a habit of ruminating on stuff that's literally made up, i am having an easier time unhooking myself from thoughts and being less emotionally affected by them. when i eventually start therapy soon i should develop some strategies to make myself even better. help and health looks different for everyone, but don't give up! inner peace is probably achievable!

This is 100% true. I suffered for YEARS because I felt I was not being treated fairly and respectfully by my family and then I accepted that I was being naive for expecting them to change. Once I let go of that expectation, their behavior stopped bothering me INSTANTLY. It was life-changing, I'm not that woman anymore.

The ass eating conversation is just hilarious. Lol. I have to say I had a similar experience like Trixie about being young and gay. I knew I was but it was scary. I was a senior in high school and we had a new station every morning at the start of the day. The news came on about Matthew Sheppherd getting killed and I was numb all day. I kept thinking about what he went through over and over and then thinking well I'm not popular in school, that could happen to me. I did end up chatting with some people in my grade and they just accepted me for who I was. I found my confidence because they were supportive. I owe them a great deal of gratitude.
