If Screw holding capacity is not good. none of these would beat.... Plywood. Old is gold. Kyunki furniture mein, sabse important Strength hai. screw loose toh koi looks kaam ke nahi.

I need to make modular kitchen and bedroom wardrobe. What is best value for money material? Can I use cement board also like Bison Panel?

@@garrysingh3337 MDF or engineering wood is just fooling people. Even the modular people who are offering BWR is actually MR plywood and if you paste laminate on both side it is as good as BWP. So MR plywood cost for wardrobe comes around 1200-1300/sq feet and for BWP comes around 1800/sq feet. For 15 years one should consider for MR grade plywood.

I don't think either of the material is termite resistant. There are innumerable instances of termites destroying the cup board built of these materials.
