This is WPLs addition to the rear wheel drive D series line. It definitely is one of those better in person than in pictures type Rc. It's really unique and is good for just messing about or turning it into a total scale van or drift van! Check out this WPL D42 Kei van in action soon!

WPL D12 is 190mm wheelbase vs 180mm on this D42 Van.
500mah lithium ion and charger included.
260 size motor and dual throttle and steering rates.

I definitely will be honest about all my opinions on these products because I value trust and hope that my subscribers can rely on my opinions and not just being sold a product to satisfy a company and my pockets. I make these videos to be parts of the KZfaq Rc community and not for fame and the laughably small amout I make on YT revenue. I just got lucky and have gained enough traction on YT to have items sent to me for review thanks to you awesome Rc Enthusiast. So if it breaks I'll show you, if it's great I'll let you know. So you can always rely on me showing my real experience with these products and hopefully we can all learn and help each other instead of being a "I'm the best rc KZfaqr out there" kinda channel. We already got a lot of those.

at 5:00 yes that brace on the D12 Gen 2 as well the yellowish servo is using new material which is Nylon, vs the previous formaldehyde. it's better The better screws, each cost 10x more than the previous one.

I contacted them about that and WPL says the newer D12s have it. I checked my prerelease version D12 and it doesn't have the bar.

Great look at it bro, chassis looks almost identical to the D12 truck, I like the increased steering angle and detailed scale look, I think I'll get one of these to modify 👍

So many Chinese companies out there who have decent products but could learn SOOOO much from WPL's QC, attention to detail, customer service and willingness to perform the relatively easy task decent translation.

The board is different according to WPL. I have no clue what the other ports are for. Hopefully WPL makes use of them for something one day. They might be none functional at the moment.

E series will be a tracked vehicle similar to military tracked transport vehicles from Eastern block.

mine actually doesn't have it but WPL revised it and the newer D12 models have it. I contacted them and thats what I was told.

check out my running video of this and you can see it takes some abuse. I don't recommend driving it the way I did in the video but it shows that it takes some abuse fine.
