I couldn't agree more. I'm not a gun nut, but getting serious time just for having one makes no sense. And drugs... use at your discretion. Selling and buying should be legal for those 18 and older, make it 21 if you must, but in the end its free will. These guys are doing serious time for bullshit offenses. It's the rapists, and murderers, thieves, and wall street crooks that should be getting the attention.

First off it's MC (motorcycle club) not gang. The only gang in this story are the ones wearing badges not patches. We have right around ten MC's in the state of Rhode Island and I never hear or see of them causing problems or inciting violence. Most guys in MC's are ex military who join for the brotherhood and comradery.
