Kmac understands how to use harmonic tension/release in a chord progression while creating fun, interesting rhythms, so you get these voicings that are so technically quirky and full of personality. I think he may be one of the only guitarists out there that can very evenly strike that balance of intrigue for musicians and non-musicians; you don't need to play to enjoy the expressiveness, but if you do there's always something charming to pick up by analyzing it.
