The image was taken brighter than the actual gameplay screen. I tried to find the cause of this, but could not. In actual gameplay, the blacks are a bit stronger. Also, with my GPU (RTX4070 12GB) it is difficult to run at the highest settings to play on a 3440x1440 HDR display. So I set the ray tracing lighting to Ultra, DLSS to Auto, and Volumetric Cloud to Off. I also set the crowd density to low, and added the Psycho Crowds mod to recreate natural traffic. This is how the game is finally running. The problem is that the stuttering increases when the FPS is in the 60's. It is very difficult to adjust. It is very difficult to adjust to me.
