2x Havoc, scatter, scorpion and acoustic are being given for free by WR in a 2-week time window. If you want to receive these prices make sure to login daily. But are they worth it? Unlike the previous gift Bane Orochi this scorpion setup is actually a good combo which can be masterfully used even in higher leagues. It’s effective but to a certain extent. On certain maps it’s worthless. Placing the translocator in the right location, getting back to it at the right time, engaging the right target in the right time are some of the important factors that affect the performance of this setup. All in all, it’s a good gift, but not for everyone. Speaking for myself as an example Scorpion’s playstyle is something I don’t enjoy much so I wouldn’t mind it much.

I tried this build and not a fan of it. I use the flamethrower setup, a little bit of practice and you can light up anyone.

So basically, if you played since I think 2021 and has level required for titans. You should have, free Giftbringer Fenrir, that was given in the shop as a gift, Sherif Demeter, that was given out in the same fashion, Shell with gift/present paint job and acid sprayers, Fafnir with nordic paint job and skadi, a cruel Orochi with cruel banes, you will get this acoustic scorpion build, and you should have Nodens with pantagruels and Ox Minos with lunar squals. Only thing you need are weapons for Fenrir and Demeter and boom, full free hangar with only She'll, Orochi and Fafnir being questionable builds. Plus, if you were lucky enough and played in summer of 2021 in Arena gamemode, you should have Stellar Phantom with stellar halo

Meh I picked this game up a few months ago again. For free newton, Unknown occho and all those things just from the box drops. Also the special versions. F2p is much easier than people make out on the game but you have to grind

Scorpion and Dreadnought are so perfect together. Not because of gameplay that much but because the ambience suits scorpions..it's a natural habitat

I just realised that with Shenlou, we can build full teleporting hangar minus the titan. Phantom, Scorpion, Revenant, Demeter, and Shenlou of course.

I'd say it's definitely worth it. It is as you said effective to an extent and not everyone play style but i kind of like a mixture of styles in my hangar so definitely good all in all I'm already using this setup by the way

Kestrel is clearly the better option for the on kill fix (while it lasts anyway) combined with other healing it works really well. Scorpion was probably the most hated bot in the game for a long time. A title currently held by Ochokochi but soon to be passed on to Curie or Shenlou I think. More than likely Shenlou seeing as that is a Scorpion on steroids. Lol

The Sonic Gun Scorpion is still one of Scorpion's best builds as of today. Also, I have to be careful when I attack an Ochokochi becauae of its ability to push me back.

If pixonic gives you anything for free, don't bother using it again because it's going to get really nerfed soon. Mark my words, the sonic weapons with the scorpion are getting nerfed soon. I knew ophion and ksiphos nerf was coming soon when pixonic let me win two quicksand ophions and about 4 ksiphos Larry's.

It's cool, but the way this coincides with the introduction of Shenlou and the plans to rework Kestrel in a way no one asked for, feels fishy. Never mind the fact that they have a history of giving away certain things to setup the excuse for nerfing them or keeping them weak, and I mean the "it's basically a T2/T3 item with T4 upgrade prices" sort of weak, which I'm sure you (AYGIR) are more familiar with than most players, considering you seem to be the only WR channel that has had the ingenuity/resources to do price-based comparison videos. People who wanted Scorpion had already got one or were in the process of building it, which brings me to the final criticism: I would rather thank them if they made the whole components workshop experience actually worth it rather than giving stuff away for "free" at all, be it like this or in more covert ways such as their loot boxes with hidden probabilities.
