She’s a great machine and just clocked 10,000 hours. She’s been really reliable but a bit of wear and tear starting to kick in but still runs like a dream. How many hours do you have on yours?👍

@@georgekenny9820 Thanks for the comment and the sub really appreciate it. We used to run Claas balers for many years but have never had a uniwrap. We change to McHale and have run fusions ever since and wouldn’t go back. They’re immense machines, very reliable, very little to go wrong as long as it is well maintained i.e. chains very well oiled and greased. Our current fusion has done nearly 50,000 bales, has cost us nothing in parts until we just changed the main drive chain a couple of weeks ago. The only thing we change regularly is pickup reel tines. Not sure what the difference is in price between the fusions and uniwrap but a fusion is worth every penny and you wouldn’t go back. Bales per hour is much greater than the uniwrap simply down to its fast bale transfer. We have done up to 70-80 bales an hour In good conditions with the fusion. We had a couple of neighbours running uniwraps but they’ve all changed to fusions. Sorry it’s a bit long hope this helped, good luck with making your decision. Let me know what you decide.👍

@@ktofarms9526 That is a brilliant answer, you can't beat talking to someone who has experience, no one around here has the uniwrap but a few have claas balers & love them, there are plenty of fusion 2's on over 200,000 bales & still going! Not many here in my area of kilkenny, Ireland have the fusion 3 plus net on net & so that is why I was so interested in your video, looking forward to seeing more, thanks.
