While I typically make my own combinations..if I was to fallow a set of directions..then the listed ingredients..should all fit at once. Not exactly a glowing show of how well it works..but that it does work at least. However. It doesn't directly address how long. It was actually quieter than I expected..unless that was just for show..but then..they wouldn't have shown that fail..with the recipe have too much ingredient listed..for a full blend.

The Ideal portion is one cup, anyway. Who says 12 oz is not enough? You’re just finding excuses not to blend and have a healthful lifestyle, once and for all. You don’t want to drink a whole bunch of smoothie all at once. You also don’t want to store it for any length of time, because not only it won’t taste fresh a few minutes later, it can start fermenting and micronutrients might get old and not perform as well in your bloodstream. So, according to the all time favorite health book, “Fit for Life,” by Harvey and Marilyn Diamond, for maximum absorption, fruit must be eaten when stomach has been empty since the elimination cycle. The ideal time for fruit intake in early morning when the cycle of appropriation begins. Typical recipe for breakfast is simple: green veggies, kale, spinach, parsley, cilantro, tiny amounts of onion, garlic, ginger, with distilled water, add a pinch of Himalayan sea salt, a squeeze of lemon juice, blend and enjoy. Yeah, but I think it varies widely from brand to brand. Someone gave me one of these things, almost new (used twice, she said). No brand name anywhere on it. I tried blending a few strawberries and banana (mushy pieces), and it did not work. It even had trouble "blending" plain water with nothing else in it. Absolutely anything else in it, such as fruit, would jam it and it was too weak to do anything.

compared to a normal blender this is hogwash. it hardly has blending power or capacity, plus it need to be started upside down, that is just ridiculous. i wanna blend 3-4 bananas with hemp protein and water, but i don't think any of the usb blenders on amazon can do that.
