For anyone curious about the anime Luke is referencing. It's called Ultimate Muscle and the muscle buster is based off a move called the kinniku buster. It is a wrestling anime and it's lovely❤

My favourite finisher is Kenta Kobashi's Burning Hammer: used only seven times for seven wins. Unbeatable.

Sullivan is most definitely a comedy genius. He is the gift that keeps on giving. He could absolutely be a tv talk show host, he’s simply effortlessly funny.

The one winged angel works because it is convoluted. The whole point is that there are multiple opportunities for the opponent to escape. The tension is therefore "Can they escape the move before Omega hits it?" rather than "Can they kick out?". That is why it works as a nobody kicks out finisher. I helps that Kenny has the v-trigger so the majority of his matches get finished with that, only resorting to it when he needs to.

For Luke,pipebomb is always better than actual math but not better than Steiner math😂😂

Love how Luke and Sullivan’s list are dripped in nostalgia while Pete picked some more current ones. Little surprised there weren’t more high flying moves besides the moonsault. The shooting star press is a thing of beauty imo.

Seeing Sullivan on another one of these TLC lists just warms my heart and brings loads of needed laughs to my day (especially after a bad work day). I'm not going to lie, I was surprised by Pete's #1. I can't say I'd have put the Stunner at #1 personally (The Attitude Era was at least a decade gone by the time I discovered wrestling), but it was worth it just to see Luke's and Sully's reaction. Hope you don't mind, but I've got my personals here, some from playing games, some/most from watching wrestling admittedly/my own opinions....but most just appeared off the top of my head in the moment of writing this 😅: 1. Styles Clash. 2. The Rainmaker (Because I'm a Okada fan since NJPW, and I smirk and pop loudly whenever Okada hit it). 3. Tombstone Piledriver. 4. Stone Cold Stunner. 5. Scorpion Death Lock/The Sharpshooter (I prefer the Scorpion Death Lock more personally, but they are the same move regardless). 6. Swantom Bomb. 7. Luke's logic was one hundred percent correct. How many pipebombs have there actually been in wrestling..... There was one Steiner math that even my non wrestling fans have watched the clip. TNA referenced it with Petey Williams who was involved in the original promo and Steiner walks into frame and gets involved. The new day broke it out and immediately invoked Steiner by name and Ciampa busted it out for a surprise pop against Scott's nephew. Steiner math>pipebomb.

My all time favourite has to be the rainmaker. Talk about a finisher elevating any occasion. The pose, the build, the twirl, and the impact. RAINNNNMAAAKKERRRR!!!! Absolutely brilliant!

My honorable mention is Kairi Sane's InSane Elbow. By far the best elbow drop. Always looks incredible, she gets so much height and so much impact despite her small frame. There's a good reason that even though Asuka is the more established star, it's Kairi's finisher that the Kabuki Warriors use to win their matches.

Wild not seeing the F5, Figure 4, End of Days, and the Last Shot which was the best finisher in the business for awhile. Sister Abigail was perfect for that gimmick, and I’ve always loved the Banks Statement. The 3D and Meltzer driver I’m surprised didn’t get a mention. PACs Black Arrow also should be on a list. That thing is always a sight to behold.

I really enjoy the Black Arrow, its such an impressive flip. Also same with starship pain, just visually spectacular.

The difference of the spirit bomb from other Powerbombs is that if the opponent is smashed to the mat, they then bounce of so high making it more destructive visually

I always loved Test's Big Boot. I don't know if it was a Signature move or a Finisher but when he wore those reflective wrestling pants, and the speed he'd reach going into those Boots made it look so lethal... plus Test was a tall guy with long legs. Looked very fitting for a finisher.
