Oh my goodness! The uses are endless...crochet hooks, make up brushes, gel pens, and I loved the idea of plastic silverware for picnics!!!! I am sure my grandkids could think of many more uses! Love your stuff Lorrie! You do a fabulous job!

Thank you so much for this tutorial and pattern. I have learnt loads and you are a great teacher. Shame I didn't see the "open your zip" comment before pausing the video and stitching my bag together. I had to unpick the seam to get to it!! Lesson learnt. Thank you

I work in non-commercial radio, and we often send our volunteers out in the community to table at fairs, festivals and artwalks. We have cool ink pens with our station logo that we give to those who stop at our tables. I plan to make a few of these, and applique our station logo on the sliding sleeve! What a great way to present our pens!! Can't wait to have a day to get into my sewing space to try this!!

This is so adorable! I would use it for anything that will fit inside...pencils, scissors and rotary cutter to take to my sewing group on sewing days. Love this! It will keep it all together! Thanks for the free pattern and the tutorial!

I am using my bag for my cosmetics as it allows me to carry my longer brushes without crushing them. I also made one to carry my medications in. It is just the right size to fit in my travel bag and allows me to keep everything organized. I enjoy your videos, please keep the sewing videos coming, love trying all your creations.

My gosh! A zillion things but the first 3 will go to my older grands! They have younger sibs that aren’t old enough for art supplies so these will lessen possible tensions! Plus, the kids will love them as much as my scrapbooking group!!!! Thank you for easily understood instructions!!! I’m not afraid of zippers any longer!!! Lol

I love this little bag, and I love your teaching style. Thank you for the tutorial! I think this is the perfect bag for my future daughter-in-law. I love the Wrigley bag and I can't wait to make some! I will use my own for my extensive collection of crochet hooks, yay! I can also imagine that they would work great for kids markers and colored pencils, makeup brushes and eyebrow pencils and such. This pouch will be great for kids and adults alike. The content options are numerous as you can tell from all the other comments. It is also a great scrap-buster! Looking forward to making these for Christmas gifts. This is something that will be great for grandsons as well. They are so hard to sew for when they are over 6 years in age.

Thankyou so much! I've made zipped bags before but this one will be so useful for pens or tools and, I am sure, many more uses. I love the way you teach. Nice and slow so we don't miss anything. I am profoundly deaf so have to use the subtitles and on other videos have to keep rewinding so that I can see what I have been reading about! Not with yours, you take a lovely pace, not too slow to bore us but just right. Thanks again.

Thanks for the printing advice, I wouldn't have thought of scaling issues! Your tutorials are always so clear, concise, and thorough. And your fabrics are adorable! I wouldn't probably ever try this bag from just a pattern, but when your tutorial I think I will. I'd use them personally for pens - I sell real estate, so always need lots of pens for clients. I'm also thinking it'd make a nice Christmas gift for kids in school... My niece just started college and I know I always had pens, mechanical pencils, highlighters in multiple colors, etc. And I can personalize it with Cricut! Thanks again for a great project!!

This the coolest pouch so far! It's such a great idea & video, it would serve as my traveling pouch to keep my seed bead tubes, needle & thread project together. Perfect size to have all in one place easy to pullout & store. Thumbs up for an easy project.

This is amazing! Thank you for the tutorial. I will be making one for my Mom with a loop and D-ring to use on her walker to carry her pens, highlighters, magnifying glasses and her snack. For my daughter it will be used to carry her calligraphy pen. Myself, I probably will make a couple to help organize my purse and use on my desk when planning or creating.

This is so clever. And your directions are awesome. I am going to make one of these Wriggly sliders bags for each of my creative Grandchildren to hold their markers and art supplies I will make one for my best friend who is a stamper and goes to crops with other card makers. I love this little bag. What an awesome idea. I would use it as a complimentary to my purse for my lip gloss, hair brush, glasses spray cleaner and for anything usually loose in my purse. As a pencil case or for my sketch pencils or for my sewing notions. I think I would have to make a few. 😊
