There are given differences between Written and Spoken discourse from the recommended books and references.
What are Differences between Written and Spoken discourse?
We use Speech largely for the establishment and maintenance of human relationship ( or we use it for interactions).
Whereas we use Written language for working out and transference of information (primarily for the purpose of transaction). .. . . ..Brown and Yule

I think you made a mistake on the 4th point. in my oppinion writting is less contexualized where spoken is more because spoken discourse can takes in any where😮

Spoken discourse can be taken anywhere means not contextualized

Oh i am sorry then, and wanna know what the contexualized mean? does written is more then spoken discourse? i learnt that written is less or discontexualized than spoken discourse.
