I grew up in Morrisville and worked on the Trenton makes bridge. I installed the sign and maintained it. I played on that little league field from 9yrs old to 12yrs old, it still is in the pl!ce as in 1955.

I worked for the trenton thunder during the 2002 season. I enjoyed it so much! The thunder are now a MLB draft league team.

YO CUZ ! I’m a train dork and Wrestling dork too! Anywho about the Dinosaur thing .. The Hadrosaurus foulkii, the first nearly complete dinosaur skeleton to be discovered virtually intact anywhere in the world, was unearthed in October, 1858, in a marl pit in Haddonfield, Camden County, by William Parker Foulke, a member of the prestigious Academy of Natural Sciences of Philadelphia. They have a Bronze statue of the dinosaur displayed on Main Street in Haddonfeild.

I grew up in Yardley, so really cool you got up to this area. If the Trenton Makes bridge freaks you out, try crossing the Calhoun St. Bridge. Part of the original Lincoln Highway. I used to ride my bike down Bridge Street to go visit the baseball card store. This would have been in the late 80s. You scooted right past it. It’s long since closed now.

As soon as you cross the Delaware River from Trenton (NJ's state capital), you're already in Pennsylvania. This makes Trenton one of the two state capitals in the US that borders another state.

I remember going to CatManDo right next to the stadium. Great happy hour along the Delaware River. I believe the Devils farm team plays there as well. Shout out to Tirn Na nog. Great Irish pub, along Hamilton Ave. The Pipes are calling! Toodles!

Boomer was the Mascot. The Dog was "Chase", originally. I think Chase since passed and they've been, or had since filled in with look-a-likes or dependents of "Chase"

Trenton Thunder was a AA Minor League affiliate with Detroit Tigers, Boston Red Sox, and then the Yankees. I think they are an independent team now. I guess they still pack em in

I was in Charleston W.V a few years back and it's a fairly nice city but it was dead like Trenton also. Hardly no traffic or people walking around. I think most people are afraid to go to these places.

I saw a double header at that Trenton Thunder stadium with my older brother and nephew the summer of 2018, before I had to move to SWFL. It was great, it was 4th of July themed with different members of the armed forces. The home team won both games. There were fireworks. They had a dog that retrieved the baseballs. The park had everything you'd want but not so big you'd get lost, or lose your friends. Easier parking and driving than in Philly. Oh, and a lefthanded batter lost his bat into the stands. It was funny!

The Trenton Thunder are now a MLB College Development League Team. The Yankees AA team is now in Somerville, NJ. In 2021 MLB reduced the amount of leagues and teams . The Thunder were always successful so at least they still have a team although it's sad that it's not AA. Saw a game with the new team and it was still fun

uma train dork on my channel LOL. also the trenton toll avoidance bridge if you are cheap like me. AKA "Its effin pork roll" sign bridge . Trenton briefly had a "pork roll festival" which was a nightmare as they kept running out of pork roll. Next year there was a festival split with two competing festivals on the same date. I don't even know if they have them anymore.
