BEWARE: Sancerre also produces reds, or Sancerre rouge, which are made of 100% pinot noir.

It does. An actually pre 1950s the village was more well known for producing red wines over white

Mistake: The pale rose' called "white zin" is made from red grapes, not from an imaginary white grape.

You have misunderstood - by "other one" I am referring to a wine style, not a grape variety - of course White Zinfandel is a pink wine produced from black Zinfandel grapes (it's WSET L1 knowledge!)
