I'm 71, and just started pressure cooking in an Instant Pot. What a difference in my diet. Have finally turned the corner to eat whole foods, plant-based. My initial thought....what a great tool for every family.....quick, nutritious meals with lots of beans, onions, veggies of all kinds.(maybe a smattering of meat). How about a community kitchen with several Pots cooking the neighborhood dinners? Always plenty of leftovers for next day! Unfortunately, the Pots are made in China. Wish I could have bought American. Mrs. Obama.....so glad for Plezi, and what's to come!

Yes, even in my grocery store, they labeled an area fresh and healthy food, that had tuns of sodium. I learned the hard way where suddenly I was getting headaches from it.
