Unfortunately a lot of people can’t see the bigger picture. Watching a lot of old videos and interviews from him before he became president, you’ll see he truly does love this country. He doesn’t even need to run again, he doesn’t even take the presidency paycheck.

This interview compared to how everything changed in 2016 is night and day difference. They were respectful at least in this but once the media turned against him you never saw anything like this again

I've never thought Trump was himself a racist, he is just prepared to harness whatever is the prevailing mood among the people likeliest to vote for him, and give them what they want. He has done this throughout his life and presented himself as both liberal and conservative depending on the audience and what he wanted from them. It was easier to be chameleonic in the pre-internet and social media days.
