Some people are locked in a lease, don't have the money to break the lease, besides first and last months rent and safety deposite, plus the cost of renting a moving truck, and there's an affordable housing crisis in the U.S. I know their lives are worth more than money, but if they can't afford to move, they can't afford to move.
