Three years in how do you expect for the team to know enough about Penix to possibly justify picking up his fifth year option? Or even turning him into decent trade bait if Cousins becomes Aaron Rodgers and wins multiple MVP awards? If Cousins was on a two year deal I’d understand this pick. But this screams complete reset at the position in four years
