I'm just fumbling around car reviews looking for my next daily and found this. Great review man, I mean that. I appreciate the condense facts. You point out interesting things well and keep the facts brief. It's refreshing. Great bit with your descriptions of storage space too, keep that going.

Engine remote start is done by pressing the lock button 3X on the keyfob. Front seat backs are full leather, as are the complete inside doors from top to bottom. Don't forget, vehicle has soft close doors. A real nice touch. To bad it's missing the B&W sound system.

Yep. Just make sure vehicle is locked first

M1 and M2 buttons are set to your liking - steering, engine, chassis etc, in comfort, sport, sport plus or track modes. Your probably on all sport plus modes, hence the reason for the stiff steering and pedal sensitivity, as it’s at the highest engine setting.

the key fob actually does have remote start if executive package just press lock button 3 times consecutively

For remote start on Key Fob. Press the lock button twice, then press a 3rd time and hold for 3 seconds then release. Vehicle will start. No need for extra buttons.

The X5M is 600hp, it’s 17HP difference from the M Comp option in track mode which is a program tune.

@@EDKKPR I asked when I bought mine and was told the spare is extra and not included. Instead they include a flat repair sealer kit that i believe is a fix to last long enough to get to a service shop. Every person I’ve spoken with in the US that has an X5M COMP does not have a spare included .

@@EDKKPR I bought mine back in 2021 and I just figured it was to save weight. I thought maybe the salesman was inexperienced and asked on the forums and most didn’t have it unless they ordered it
