Wudang Gong Fu & Health Academy is dedicated to genuine internal martial arts. Master Tang Li Long (15th generation Xuanwu Pai) will teach all students by himself, there are no couches in between. There are different programs in place to suite your personal goals.

- Taiji (太极)

- Bagua Zhang (八卦掌)

Yes ! I know and have been practicing Yang Shi & Chen Shi Taiji for years now. An old injury to my left knees still hurts at times...but its ok so long no more kungfu stunts etc...Taiji Jian & Quan is still OK for me..Now , I like to learn a few Wudang TaiChi Quan forms...still thinking of which school to enroll...I have been to Wudang Mountains last year on a look see ...seeing is believing...I love WudangShan for Qigong , TaiChi practices.....etc., Thanks !

I love NATURE this kind of mountainous surroundings helps your body CHI and you can meditate as long as your body allows.....do your TAICHI with full focus and concentration...its is so much better than doing your practice in the humid , hot urban environment....I don't mind staying up to at least 6 months a year to learn and practice QIGONG for Health and learn some TaiChi from Master Tang...not so much of kungfu as my knees hurts !

Hi! Thank you for your kind words. You are welcome to join us whenever you have the time. But we need to make one thing clear, Taiji Quan is a form of Gong Fu.. ;P

Master TangLiLong is a wonderful Master ! What has happened to all his close disciples last few months....e.g. Norman , YouLihan etc., ? Is there a split up ?

You Li Han opened his own school in china 2011. They just moved to Sanya, Hainan. He is still in contact with Master Tang, from time to time.
