Wudang Longhua Quan belongs to the northern tradition of Chinese martial arts. It is a representative technique passed down by Taoist Kuang Changxiu of Taiqing Palace in Laoshan Mountain, which is well-known in the field of China's Taoist Wushu.
The Longhua Quan is a blend of firmness and subtlety, agility and poise. The movements can sometimes be as nimble as a running otter when going into action, and sometimes as still as a fish lurking in motionless waters. Many of its stances fully embody the character of a Chinese dragon. #china #kungfu #wushu #chinesekungfu

For the most part, there is no "Fraud" in Kung Fu. Either you work hard enough to develop Mastery... or you dont. Its as simple as that. The Art is not the issue. The issue is lazy students.

@@Xiaoxiao738 I trained in Wing Chun, as well as cross trained in many other arts. I attained masterclass levels of output in WC. By my 3rd year, I was fighting blackbelt level OPs from other artists, that were often 2x my own mass and strength.. With EASE (Karate, Muay Thai, TKD, MMA and more). Ive knocked out plenty of fighters, from my lead hand vertical fist to their foreheads. I also kicked a disrespectful fighters kneecap, using less than 20% of what I was capable of delivering... and it took a month for him to fully recover from the injury. There is nothing more "Practical", than a pure Combat art. Sportized arts, dont even come close, in capability. Most Kung Fu practitioners, have never fully Mastered what they had learned... and so, they are typically easy to defeat. However, a true Masterclass level fighter in a Chinese combat art... is on a whole other level. In fact, out of all of the arts that I have sparred (heavy / full contact).. they most challenging fighters have been from various Chinese combat arts. If you think Boxing, Muay Thai, and MMA... are somehow more effective in real Barefist combat... then you are 1000% Delusional. More recently, I did a Barefist demo, for an MMA fighter. We agreed on Medium power levels for safety. I told him to try to land a hit on me. I told him that he gets to use both of his arms... while I will only use ONE arm. He looked at me, as if I was joking... and was having a hard time not to roll his eyes. Then he starts throwing jabs, crosses..etc.. and I deflect everything he throws. About 2min in... and he gets Frustrated, Embarrassed, and angered. He decided to go against our agreement, and ups to full power, full speed... with true intent to harm... He throws a high right hook (mostly a feint), followed near immediately by his left low-line punch towards my gut. He assumed, due to his sport art training and experience... that Id never be able to cover the high and low gates, with one arm... in quick enough of a time-frame. Big Mistake... I easily used Tok-Sau to deflect his hook... then I took a step backwards, while dropping my arm vertically downwards, into the path of his arms strike. I used a Jut-Sau (downwards arm deflection)... with about 10% force on it. That would not have been enough to damage him... IF he had kept his own output at medium levels. Instead... it caused the impact levels to multiply, and not only did it stop his attack Instantly... but it also nearly shattered his Wristbone. Within less than an hours time, the injury swelled up nearly double in size... and he was in great pains for many days to follow. After the deflection.. He stopped fighting, and looked at me in confusion and disbelief. He said "I HAD YOU... and then?!". He was expecting for me to be on the ground in tears at that moment.. and didnt even know how or why, that wasnt the case. I spent a moment, showing him step by step, what transpired, and the methods I used, and how they operate. He was blown away. He smiled wide, shook my hand.. called me a "GOD"... and said "Ive never seen, nor felt Anything like that, in my entire Life". I then said... "Imagine if I had been using Two arms". His face went into a moment of shock, as he realized, that not only did I best him with one arm... but I also managed to injure him pretty badly. He realized, that I was only "Playing" or "Toying" with him, in that session. I asked if he wanted to see more... and he agreed. Next session, was Legs vs Legs. Any kind of kicks allowed, with reasonably safe levels of output.. as well as any leg defense, and I also allowed Hip / body usage moves, sweeps (any takedown that didnt involve the hands). Proper Wing Chun, places 100% of the mass over the rear legs hip. This leaves the lead leg weightless, and ready to respond in a fraction of a second, to any threat. He tried his typical Muay Thai round kicks... and I either stop-kicked them before they got started... or I used WCs advanced leg-fencing methods, to soft-deflect them... followed immediately by a rapidfire series of counter-kicks. A light kick to his post-legs kneecap, a toe stab to his inner thigh or inner fold of his hip, and a final kick to his abdomen or chest. This was basically the same events played out over and over again. By the end of our session (about 4 min)... he has not managed to be able to land a single kick on me... But I had lit him up like a Pinball machine. I was being very kind, however.. not using enough power to cause harm. Next session: Dual Arms vs Dual Arms. This time, I could finally get to use Wing Chuns advanced trapping hands methods. He would throw a punch.. Id deflect it with one arm... throw a setup strike with my other. He would try to defend or counter... and Id end up pinning his other arm to his body... and then typically release a 3 hit chain of handstrikes.. on anything from chest, to neck, to head. Sometimes I would enter, have him deflect or evade.. and then Id proceed to tear down his defenses, and strike him. He literally spent the entire round, trying to evade and defend... and nothing he tried worked. After about 3 min of that.. he waived the white flag of defeat. He again, wasnt able to land a single hit on me. Last Session: Anything goes. All limbs in play. This time, I could deflect his kick with my leg, then deflect his attempted handstrike... Trap his rear hand, Then pummel him. Or... Id step in with my own kick, plant with a false punch... have him try to defend it.. deflect/trap and pummel. The last round was bad enough... but this round, was awful. He was basically my own personal kick bag. I was either pummeling him with handstrikes, or flurries of kicks... and he couldnt even have the time or ability to even get anything of his own thrown at me... as he was in perpetual defense... and perpetually failing at defending himself. This time, he lasted maybe 70 seconds, before he gave up. He fully realized how far Outclassed he was... and about this time, the pain was really starting to bother him, so we called it a night. Mind you, the man was no soyboy, nor a bad fighter. He previously had trained in Krav Maga.. but felt that art was too Unrealistic... so then moved to MMA school training. He actually was in the Military, and taught soldiers how to fight. He had about the same exact build as me.. was like 5yrs younger, and had Textbook perfect techniques... with excellent speed, accuracy, and power. But none of that mattered... because all of his training, had No working Answers, against a non corrupted Combat art... trained to Masterclass level.

@@Xiaoxiao738 Part 2: But hey lets give you a LITTLE CLUE about sport vs combat. A standard MMA glove is nearly 7" in diameter. Two MMA gloves, take up nearly an entire CUBIC FOOT worth of 3D space. Do you think that is Realistic?! That is a lot of ARTIFICIAL DEFENSE, that doesnt exist in an actual Barefist fight. For example... If you have a single 7" diameter glove in the center of your body... it Forces the OP to have to use a much longer, and wider arc, to go AROUND that glove.. in order to potentially hit you. BUT... that comes at a cost. A longer path = Longer time = Easier to see coming, and easier to Counter, due to the longer timeframes involved. When you remove those two gloves.. its becomes easy for the OP to snake around your already bad defenses. You can slip your arms through the smallest and tightest of openings, with ease. In addition, many sport fighters use their Gloves like Shields... such as putting them in front of their face/head. Let me tell you, if you try that BS with barefist... you will Regret it. One of the things I do as a demo, is ask a person to stand like that.. with fists close to their face. I then quickly throw out double palms to their arms/fist... and cause their own fists to bash their own faces. Its so fast, and they have no leverage... so there is nothing they can do to stop it. And that is being "NICE". You cant use your bare fists, as an effective defense mechanism. That crap only works, with those huge Pillow Gloves on. Then of course, you have those Taped Wrists. That tape is so thick and tight... that even when fighters break their arms... they can still keep fighting... because the tape is holding the bone perfectly in place, so that it cant move.. much like a Cast. Do you think you can pause a real fight, to install 10 yards of tape on your wrists?! Let alone... are you baby soft knuckles... going to be able to survive a partial power hit to the OPs forehead?! Nope. Those weak wrists, will end up buckling under heavy impact, without that tape... due to lack of training and developing its strength. Those weak, non-conditioned knuckles, well quickly break, with even a partial power impact... and the OP will still be standing, and laughing. You think Muay Thai kicks / shins are tough? You should realize that Kung Fu has a similar, but superior, method of Iron Body conditioning.. AND .. its done to the ENTIRE BODY... such as the Forearm, and to even soft tissue areas, like the throat. For one of my Iron Body Demos, I chop my own neck about 7 times in a row... full power, full speed... and there is no choking, nor any bruising. And, not only are my Shins hard as Iron... so are my forearms.. so when I intercept with any amount of force... its like your arm is getting smashed by an Iron Bar. Hitting me in the abdomen, is basically pointless. Most fighters would likely hurt their own hands, before I felt anything enough to cause me any ill effect. But more to the point... Muay Thai lacks realistic leg defenses. If you were a smaller fighter, going up against someone whos legs are twice the diameter... your MT leg-check isnt going to protect you. You will end up with a broken leg. However, the Chinese combat arts, have soft interception methods, that do not clash in a way that will damage your own leg... AND... allow you to do a very quick counter-kick, afterwards... that they would be able to defend in time. Ive tested and mastered this very method, against large Muay Thai fighters kicks. I nullified every attempt. I asked them, if there was anything they could do against it... and they said No. And this is only the START of the difference between MMA sport games.. and actual barefist Combat. We have not even touched on the fact that there are NO Weight classes in a real fight. There are no soft mats to land and roll on, on the street. There is no Ref, to keep the OP from curb stomping your brains out of your skull. There are no answers to MULTIPLE Attackers, in training in MMA. And there is no training at all, in Weapons, and what to do against an attacker than has a weapon (including the real possibility, that the OP has a Hidden blade, that they may suddenly pull out, at any time... during the encounter). Or the fact, that practicing sport responses... will cause you to respond to a real attack.. with the incorrect response... which could end up getting you "Ended". Practical Indeed ! >_

He's also really an amazing coach! I used to train 1 yean in Master Yuan's school and towards the end of it I was able to change to be coached by him (as my original coach simply had too many students to be able and therefore I received less feedbacks). He had such a great way in explaining the movements that I had to work on. It's cool to see that he now takes initiative to have personalized his training! It's been 10 years since I was there and by that time he still simply followed the traditional program itself.

Bring the truly saving truly healing arts of tai chi to save the racing shaolin. “Weapons will be our poison secretly”. Maybe even switch tradition like the shuffling magicians (kung fu) have been distracted by quick using from weapons. Shuffling is what they are good at and listen to the truth that you tai chi (sorcerers who don’t shuffle but condition auras specifically) practitioners are the saviors of course still… Then you or the chi gong or heaven’s whatever can save the tai chi and chi gong practitioners as it is easy to save a chi gong practitioner but it is hard sometimes unless there is a little more understanding of the mix which anyways the magic kung fu are best at but the tai chi relate. Let chi gong be solid, tai chi be fire and liquid and liquid fire, kung fu be fire and control of it moving in the environment air and other elements by which of the four sets of 144 minutes of the 576 of day there are entanglements fields presenting potential entanglement for kung fu/social kai zen, but still ratios for tai chi and chi gong but this is how it is suspended in routine portraying the three while tai chi is already being a fire liquid perhaps so the mystical suspense of kung fu (maybe wushu) can have the powerful fire but needs to illuminate skills of time and space while concealing is helpful though maybe to keep it minimal rather than a chi gongs need for it being what is untouchable and still invincible. These materials illuminated in consciousness are more yang while the yin truth puts chi gong and tai chi together by that structure has an order that works by the structure, but that it is not that it is when the order works with the chaos which would be not of ignorance by that or leading to or finding arrogance, really.., but is knowing the vastness of the possibilities of reality while there are still always shades of essential truths and core philosophy so what does that mean for what element you would anyways pick?, a guiding principle is the solid liquid gas as they are like the structure order chaos and aether is the field which would have measurement and happenings. Om shanti bless

Surprisingly the tai chi/sorcerer practitioner can show that the flame really can come from ratios of intelligence while the liquid was the initial compositions complexion, and taking 1’s interest from 3 or 3’s interest from 1 for liquid electricity which Nikola Tesla believed in and it is so, so do not lose faith of your magickal principles which bring magic for western resin as you will need to be cautious and know the shocking awe inspiring eternal Tao is metaphysical indeed, so care about the attributes of the realms of structure order chaos.

Go forth and be glad as there are the places within their ages reappearing of course in this infinite universe hehehe, that has the white dragon of geography in some which makes some people not like others because their mystical dragon is so interesting, and that is like everywhere like for the golden Shaolin who may not let you take their land as they have fought for it in mystical times and places of the past with mystical dignity forces of forbidden attributes, so they even should fight you if they want to but this is not forbidden because even if it is it will be with skillful teaching that the story teaches as you will learn about the life giving sayings of the Buddha by this possible way to learn that there are a million billion trillion paths and working with Shaolin could be many of this natural organic truth at one possible mission. No matter what we will heal the earth and will listen to the reminders of the specific present moment being the teaching of practical and ultimate intelligent intuition to guide you conceptually or actually from the black dragon which takes the rank of the best obviously and by faint lasting intensity to be the most for the most while the golden kung fu is being refurbished and mid path as their dragon remains the ultimate mystical by mystery composition, and they were not arrogant as they practice moderation and their heavenly ages churn om mani padme hums naturally and organically while the mid path tai chi artists are having a wisely guided yet mystically guided chaos position time by doing wushu even in a kung fu monastery (*monastery=Kaal, kung fu=Bairavay*).

So now we worship and meditate upon golden or ultimately order and black or ultimately chaos deities who are as heavenly mystical as mythical legends in all ways and how it is that they being the chaos side switch colors for their tai chi vs kung fu constant comparison perhaps most times while that is why gold kung fu is in the middle during the healing retreat, and for chi gong vs tai chi it is the philosophy of intelligence (structure) itself (not only basic education) that pairs these two together as what works as one with structure hard body having order aura and with order being by chaos but of essential truths of metaphysics, as focusing on what is important is important for the time of illumination of consciousness, belonging to the structure that is belonging to the position of orders primordial grove.

All three say don’t you want to play closer to me but there is yin and yang and yin in the yang and yang in the yin…, and/but there are always essential truths, and no matter what also additionally there are always essential truths that at least leader knows in every instant and moment while the instant is yours and the Tao te Ching heartbeat of a moment is yours if it is yours mystically from heaven and even an instant can be healthy enough to grow an attitude whether even stoic or maybe common energetic. A honest sincere and frank guru once said Attribute and attitude is different and natural spontaneous existent is different. If this video was regular tai chi instead of western wushu (even this is also can be regular wushu without modern equipment…), then rather, instead of being a restful tai chi only saying instant and moment, then, instead of saying only moment and instant (or at least 81 per moment as chaos and 60 per minute as order) only we could add here it aligns to say we could add 144 minutes!, Hurray Hehehe as a basic ratio still for all types of mages while astrological mages somewhere out there like clerics bards Druids only tune with them in a way.
@katherineniemiec9078

Finding intelligence by intelligence itself as a chi gong psychic body wizard or for a kung fu magic environmental chi magemagician finding intelligence by the intelligence that can be found by the intelligence that is found, while growth for the former comes from harmonic extra material “layers” and for the latter it is from the intelligence that gave new intelligence was more intelligent sometimes than the intelligence used by the chi gong body wizard. The tai chi psionic body sorcerer is in the middle of course. Don’t forget in core philosophy there is structure as core philosophy, order as things like college or hobbies, chaos as things like masters or supernatural. In magic philosophy the order are the body wizard for structure, body sorcerer for order, environmental chi mage for chaos. Long lasting spells like cleric bard Druid in this type of example may be like the chaos of core philosophy specifically because it is astrological magic (time intelligence/conceptual/perspective) and not magic (though also masters of bio astrogeoquantumology) (matter energy/conceptual/perception)
