Before COVID my partner and I were looking for wedding venues and we had so many beautiful options in Chicago for $95,000 for 150 guest, at some point the hotel person in charge of my wedding had so many terrible expensive ideas, a $13,000 wedding cake that was not just ugly but they would offer a cake testing.

I got engaged last month but we are having a long engagement so we can afford more of a wedding. We’re going to get married at a Registry office with the family ( siblings parents, nieces and nephew ) then have a big outside reception. As his mom owns a lot of land in the countryside. I've downloaded write and the knot and I'm clueless. I've created my own invitations and want my guest to be able to rsvp online once they receive the invite, is this possible? Yes that’s the part of nervous about. Venue and date is secured, wedding party is small and secured, I have an idea of dresses, wedding bands purchased. I just need to get officiate and of course the whole rsvp/invite/ wedding website thing. Ughhhhh it’s so much!!!!!!!!!!! Date 11/4/22!

About how much does a wedding planner and wedding coordinator cost?

Doubt you’ll still need this answer but it varies depending on the level & expertise of the planner amongst other things. It’s a very difficult question to answer as people charge differently. For us in the UK & US a common pricing style is to charge a percentage of the wedding budget and would have a minimum spend
