There also is music already out for the game in Resonator Showcase vids, so even without another game with music, there's still music to judge haha

I actually noticed earlier in the video that the non-consplayer cosplayer had stickers on his button up (@ 4:50) and I thought “huh, how odd” and you can see at 16:50 he no longer has those stickers. So they inserted a reaction shot from after the mini game segment (where he won the stickers and put them on his person) to smth the host said in the beginning of the live😭. It’s a live continuity error!

It's a problem with a game that isn't out yet being like "Here are all the bonus items we're offering" is that... we don't know the terminology yet. You have to explain a bit like "You will get X, which will allow you to (level up, buff your characters, pull characters, etc)". Because I'm just like "??? sure?" I understand getting characters ofc but the rest is gibbrish rn. Astrites? Phantom Echos? idek. From the Echo event, I've just been guessing that Astrites are like the Primogems, the partial-paid-partial-free currency.

I do think the livestreams will only get better though! Especially once players know the lingo specific to their game. I'm remaining optimistic!

They did announce the livestreams going forward will be better as they received our feed back. They kind of tackled this livestream more like an panel for a convention and having fun with an already established big community rather than a proper new game show case witch was a big mistake obviously. Most people where simply here to see a big revile of the game itself maybe some characters doing combos and moves and sell us why we should play it when it comes live than what ever this filler patch talk show this was.

@@TigrionThat's great to hear! And feeling like a panel for a convention IS definitely exactly what it feels like, and I guess that's why CyYu thought it felt like an anniversary stream. I'm looking forward to the next livestream and seeing how they improve :D

Yeah, so much of this presentation seemed catered to people that played the beta and know a bit about the game already. I was just lost the whole time they mentioned all the game terms. Also, no one can convince me that game with the buzzers wasn't scripted.

The global stream of WuWa thought majority of players played DN before so they executed the way it's unnecessary toward the expectations. As for marketing team on the global side, they should know better the next time having that kind of event specifically upcoming patches' delivery.

The official release is still considered open beta since they'll still ask for our feedback and improve the game from it i guess

As a Brit, I sort of want to play Wuthering Waves, but I just have so many games I am waiting for right now and I don't even have enough storage for Genshin Impact. lol Plus, I have heard a lot of mixed feeling about the game from the beta players. Wish more characters would keep their accents. I notice in voice overs, British actors always seem to put on American accents, at least, MOST of the time and as a Brit, it makes me sad. Americans are spoiled enough, let us Brits have this!!! >______< Why does everything have to have American accents? I have no problem with American accents or American VA's, I think they're awesome and I LOVE their voices, but it would be nice to hear other accents in English voice overs. It would be quite refreshing. Though, I might be part of a minority here.

i realized something kinda silly, but at the end with solon, he actually says "may 23rd" in Chinese not "may 22" like in the subtitles, but maybe it's just the timezone difference and they put may 22 for the EN stream....

For those who are experiencing crashes on Android it was a bug and they solved that bug. Just reinstall the game (it worked for me)

yeaaaah this stream was so weird i don't know who okaid it 😂. this stream would have been perfect for an anniversary stream , seeing our favorite CCs and voice actors doing silly minigames while getting some new info on new upcoming events. but not as a starter live stream. i don't know these people ..why would I care for a bunch of random people(no disrespect to any of them they did great) playing minigames??. it's so sad too.... the jp and CN live streams were so good and entertaining. and showed off a lot more of the game than the EN ones. i know kuro games will look at the reaction and fix it in the future, but man ..what a throw and a miss lol. but oh well
