After watching this video, I hate what Wuthering Waves is doing. Genshin Impact is already a fun, dialougue heavy, copy paste body type, resources draining, watered-down dynasty warriors combat, single-button mashing.... 🤔.... game...My point is, I will absolutely be playing Wuthering Waves for research purposes in the future.

The only problem with WuWa i have, is that I'm already too invested in genshin lore(and game itself, rip my 100-250 hours in it), on par with HSR and separate games, that i plan to play in near future, with even heavier lore, than two previous. Also, character designs and this "duller pallet", i just don't like that, but it's subjective, so, yeah. I just hope, that WuWa will bonk genshin producer/director, so they will need to work much harder, to maintain their audience. They kinda doing that now(this plans about "players generated content" and hiring for creating new mods, events and enemies, with bigger QoL), but they needed to start way earlier, then WuWa haven't even mentioned.

Well... I wouldn't say that, lore has been quite stagnant that.... A lot of people are mixing Honkai lore on their Genshin theories, And man, I'm really sick of that, to the point I can't stand HI3 post Like they are claiming Genshin belong to Genshin and it follows it's rules, no own essence or soul Like if Genshin is the most expensive HI3 ad in the world

I used to love genshin, i started playing a month after its launch. After a while only the story and worldbuilding was what kept me going. And i knew i was absolutely done with it when that desert woman and paimon talked about "teach me how to fly paimon ur so cuuteee" for 5 minutes. I'm done and it makes me sad and nostalgic cause genshin got me through the hardest times of the pandemic. Now it just feels icky. Definetly will give wuwa a chance.

@@Hesperus_ It's also such a shame cause the game has truly great characters, stories and relationships I'd love to see explored more and I still follow the storyline through youtube videos. I wish it didnt feel like a chore now to actually play the game and the gacha system wasn't an absolute elitist money trap. I feel like Genshin production team is sooo far removed from what makes an audience continue playing a game and it doesn't matter what the general audience needs to them because rhe whales keep the game alive anyway. After a while even that will dissappear though.
