Just bought these. Everything works well except the mounting bases for the cameras. As you mentioned in this video, the cameras are heavy (10 ozs,, 0.64 lbs., 289g). The base is plastic and relies on the plastic threads to create enough force/squeeze the post so camera does not slip down. I had to modify base to increase force otherwise camera was not held firm. I had to make really tight so hoping plastic doesn’t break. Also the three 1/8 inch (0.125” OD) threads are also lacking.

I installed these last year in my house. Very impressive cameras and system. Worked flawlessly from day one, I also have a few Wi-Fi cameras added on for remote areas. They integrate with the system brilliantly. soooo easy to do.

What size drill did you use for the hole ?

Is it possible to configure a schedule so that, for instance, it only operates at night?

I just got into home security and ring is the worst experience ever

The frame rates ruin it for me. Too low.
